Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

New ZealandThe location is a long way out of Paris, in a dodgy part of town. The lady at the counter was quite rude. I don’t know if it’s because we are tourists?
Was what I expected for the price you pay. Good beds and towels refreshed daily.

BelgiumThe underground parking was in all honesty a bit scary and the rooms too warm for my taste.
Essential but clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The city center is easy to reach by RER or metro. All in all, great value for money for those who can do without luxury.

United KingdomThe pillows were uncomfortable even I had 2 when sleeping, the should be replaced with better standard.we had table in the room only 1 chair, they should know in the system there is book in for 2 people. No even small kettle to make tea, coffee.(in reception is machine so you can buy for €1.80 for small cup any hot drink After enjoyable day back to hotel you can only watch french TV few channels, no english programs.Poor air conditioning, not working properly.Breakfast for €9.50(unlimited food but nothing to choose from). Was not worth the money.Very small selecion of products. Putting it into prespective the price for this 2 Star Hotel is not adequate to the standard. And it's in zone 2.Not worth the money what I paid. I never come back again.
This hotel is 2 stops by train from Gard du Nord (Magenta) train station Patin(zone 2), (service E RER towards to Chelles Gournay Tournan. Daily ticket for all transport in Paris zone 1-2 cost €8.65.For all week which start from Monday to Sunday zone 1-5 for 2 people €30.75( include plastic ticket). So if you're travel in the middle of the week the ticket is still valid until Sunday so better when you there from Moday and buy for all week to save money. The hotel is 500m from the train station.Near buy bakery with fresh baked goods and shop next to the station We had quit big room with clean bathroom, bed was comfortable but the pillows were very uncomfortable. The cleaner come every day to change towel if you want the bed also. I was staying from 09-16.04.24 couple

United KingdomDirty heater and pipes in toilet with dust and fluff. Smelly room had to open window, heater smells as soon as you start the heating on. Next day they forget to take old towels still in the room. replaced it with only 2 new ones and there were 4 of us.
Good comfortable bed, location very nice as well. Had microwave and allowed outside food to eat in.

United KingdomCould've used an extra pillow and a hand towel would've come in handy in the bathroom (didn't ask for one as it wasn't a big deal). The bed is very hard so if that is something you mind, this isn't the place for you. I know the hotel name says budget but the price for night requires a fair budget, even after only offering absolute minimum services and a location a bit off from Paris centre.
Breakfast was good and well run. Loved the fresh fruit salad! Room was spacious and clean. Staff wasn't very interactive (which I prefer). Hotel lobby has a coffee machine, however the card reader was broken. With coins you can get a coffee (which won't be the best but it gets the job done). The rooms had a keypad with a code, which was convenient and worked well. Elevator in the building was convenient. Pantin is lovely and found some cool vegan spots in the area. Seemed to be a lively place and if you're interested in local culture it's a good area to explore. It was easy to get to Paris centre from the hotel using either RER or the metro.

CanadaKeep in mind the hotel is in Zone 2 which means you need to buy more expensive train tickets. We didn’t know this at the time and bought an excess of Zone 1 tickets we didn’t fully use. Also no drawers in our room so we had to organize all our stuff on the floor and no fridge in the room as well.
Hotel was very well priced, staff was very nice, and rooms got the job done. Easy to get around with the train station so close but you are starting from Zone 2.

SwitzerlandThe matresses are thin and soft. Meaning you will realy feel the slat frame of the bed. For one night okay. Noisy area so sleeping with an open window is not possible. Air conditioning exists but already has trouble with normal warm weather.
