Nothing really. It was small, but we weren’t expecting huge anyway. It met all our expectations in terms of somewhere comfortable to sleep.

It’s was clean and comfortable. We only wanted budget accommodation. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There was a lift to all floors and facilities on hand - drinks and snacks vending.

Location - it doesn't seem to be very far away from the train station but as there is no bus service on holidays we had to walk. It's a disgrace that you have to pay a climate tax for the stay to the municipality and what you get for it from Carcassonne are broken pavements along main streets, often blocked by cars which made pulling the suitcases on the way to the hotel a real struggle.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We were very happy about the luggage lockers which enabled us to leave the luggage at the hotel after checkout and go visit the castle.

The view wasnt exceptionnal. But this wasnt really a problem as we stayed only one night. Regarding the breakfast, if you would like an English breakfast, you are going to be disappointed. They only offer sweet options.

The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was quite good. The room was small but completely reach my expectations. The good thing is that the hotel is located at 20min walk from the Fortress. I definitely recommend this place for a short stay

As the room was for 3 people, it had a bunk bed above the bed so I had to be careful to lower my head. I expect this arrangement was in order to potentially accommodate the maximum number of people.

Comfortable room which was en-suite. The bathroom was a practical size with an adequately sized sink for washing and shaving. The buffet breakfast was good value and it provided plenty of variety.T

Nice,clean, and budget friendly hotel. The receptionist Roman was super helpful. We had a continental breakfast with a great selection of pastries and cheese. Overall, it's a nice budget friendly hotel

Soundproofing was terrible as you could hear the cars from the street all night and people next door flushing the toilet, slamming doors. Blanket was too warm for comfort on a humid rainy day and the A/C was not working (only hot air coming out). No kettle for tea/coffee and you had to ask reception if you wanted hot water to make one.

Clean and modern rooms. There is a lovely bakery across the road. Convenient walk to Cite although too far from train station. Friendly staff, helped us book taxi.

It was a bit far from the city. Busses are not that frequent. Dining room is a bit too small and hard to get a place when it is busy. All those things are not too bad, just could be a little better.

modest facilities but everything is clean, comfortable, food is fresh and breakfast lasts longer than usual. Affordable. Great Boulangerie across the road. Would recommend for the short stay.

(1) We were taken aback when the maid entered the apartment without first checking if we were inside. To our dismay, my wife was unclothed, resulting in a highly embarrassing situation. (2) The air conditioning only seemed to provide heat. As the room became uncomfortably warm, my attempts to cool it down were futile. Eventually, I had no choice but to switch it off and resort to opening the window.

The area is not the best their was lots of homeless people and the area lacked proper footpaths but their was a Lidl and McDonald’s nearby and you could walk to the town from the accommodation.

I requested a crib in the room and the crib was not there at my arrival. When I needed the crib there were too much guests at the front desk and I decided finally to not use the crib.

Rooms are clean and the staff is nice. We travelled with a baby and they helped us to be comfortable.

Good location, within walking distance of the train station. There was a basic breakfast in a shared space. The young lady on the team treated us kindly and promptly. The environment was clean and access to the property was easy and safe
