Many thanks to the Hotel! I was worried because I knew that we would arrive very late, so I informed the reception, who answered all my emails within 5 minutes, in a very nice and polite tone. At 2 a.m., the receptionist greeted us kindly and with a smile. The room and bathroom are clean and pleasant, the bed is fantastically comfortable with a huge blanket. The hotel offers a varied, delicious (hot and cold) breakfast, with nice coffee, fresh pastries, cold meats, juices, pancakes and more. The neighborhood is quiet, public transport nearby (Metro, RER, bus, etc.). We had a very nice stay.

Everything was extraordinary and very clean. Although we arrived at 10 AM, the room was ready, and we could check in earlier for free. Bonus: we got a free room upgrade. The hotel is located in a new area of Paris, which is very clean and quiet. Just one minute away from the hotel, there is a bakery where we had the best croissants in Paris. A three-minute walk will take you to the train station, from where you can easily reach any part of the city, and a 15-minute walk will take you to the metro station and La Défense bus terminal.

The room is a bit too small and the bathroom too, especially the shower cabin. A shower curtain will be a good idea to protect the floor from the excess of water.

The room was clean and the receptionist has done an excellent job. The breakfast was also very good, with many products and with a variety of choices, and at a convenient price for Paris.

This is not a minus, but the morning breakfast was quite basic. There is a lift in the building but it is very small - guests who are claustrophobic may find it challenging to use. There is no iron and ironing board in the room, it's not a major inconvenience but something to be aware of when planning your stay.

The hotel is just a short walk from La Défense. There are plenty of small restaurants and cafes nearby, and the neighbourhood feels safe and quiet. The rooms are clean and come with a kettle and tea/coffee, which is a nice touch. The reception staff was nice and available 24 hours a day. Overall, it's a comfortable and convenient place to stay near La Défense.

There are road works outside the hotel and whilst they are getting with it, the noise at night was a slight issue, but nothing we couldn't deal with and had a fairly good nights sleep.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and tidy. The hotel is located in a relatively well to do area and immediately around the hotel is a wide assortment of local shops, restaurants and patisserie's. We had no concerns about walking around the area in the evening and felt safe.

The room was very small. Not much space to move around. Also the shower was narrow and I had to squeeze in. The rooms do not have a safe box.

In my room there was no proper way to hang clothes. The only hangers I had were rather low, such that the clothes could not stretch out fully.

Nice hotel in a quiet area of Paris. Within walking distance of La Defense. The breakfast is quite good, though some fresh vegetables would be nice.
