We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I am a seasoned traveler, yet this was one of the better stays I have had. Cathrine was the prime reason. She did everything for the customers, carried my bag to my room and showed me around, explaining everything. She made repeated efforts to book a table for me at a restaurant for my New Year’s Eve. She greeted me in the morning, served me coffee in the restaurant and was in every way courteous, attentive, smiling and kind. For a couple having an early departure, she offered them breakfast at 5 am. The hotel is nice, old, charming and with spacious rooms and a very good breakfast. Location is brilliant, 2 minutes’ walk to the city center and seven minutes to the railway station. Mulhouse is a nice city, easy to get around and some good restaurants and bars. If you go here, you know where you should stay!

IsraelOur room was on the small side, but not tiny.. The shower was not closed off properly, and even though we did our best not to spray water, it got on the whole floor, and stayed wet for a while.
The hotel is located very comfortably near the train station, and a short walk from the city center. The staff were super nice and welcoming. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was not big, but everything in it was excellent and great quality. I will definitely come back on my next visit :)

United KingdomPillows in common across Europe are very soft , I mean soft which for me is a problem but subjective .its impossible to carry everything when travelling but a firm pillow is something I will add .
First do yourself a favour if in Mulhouse book a room here we were treated so well I recommend this hotel .On arrival early due to train we were welcomed and shown to our room which was very nice I had asked for twin beds this was arranged our host Masima {apologies if spelling incorrect } advised us that this being the first night of a 4 night stay we would move to a different room the next day, on return from our day trip to Strasbourg the room had indeed been changed and our luggage moved by the staff .Given room 1 at the front entrance very large and comfortable .Breakfast was consistent and enough to start the day off well .Good shower and housekeeping always on the ball .This was the best part of our trip which covered 3 countries a gem of a place with top class friendly staff exceeded any expectations that I had . Thank you .

IndiaIt gets quite busy of course, since it is so sold to the center. The first room was smelly and the staff immediately changed it. Street parking is free after 9pm but you wouldn't want to wait until then and rather pay the extra parking which is clearly mentioned 😉
Quite close to the centre and the highway. The charging ports are very convenient. The staff was friendly and the room was okay. The air-conditioning was fantastic too.

ItalyI never need a lot of space in my hotel room, so I was very satisfied with its size, but I can imagine other people might need bigger rooms. I must say that the room was really clean and cozy
The personnel was amazing, very polite, and friendly. We stayed in Mulhouse for a wedding, and the Berti personnel helped us with ironing our wedding clothes and all of our unusual requests. The Hotel itself is charming, with an elegant classic style with the comfort of modern utilities. The room was perfect for me, clean with AC and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was also pretty good.
