The room was small. From the hotel garage it was difficult to get back to the hotel by car . We arrived late afternoon and left next morning before 10 am yet were charged for 2x24 hours parking (eur 48).

Very friendly staff. Good restaurant too. Great bathroom. Balcony . Central yet quiet . Stylish interior.

Damaged the car trying to exit the garage as a car park was close to the exit door and I onto the narrow streets had trouble trying to moving the car

Location was challenging to find and difficult for unloading luggage. Needed better signage to site and better info communicated in advance on how to find the hotel. Room was too small for accessing luggage easily.

Breakfast was good in so far that it was a standard continental breakfast. The room was most comfortable, well laid out with a five star bathroom. Excellent location but more importantly than all: All Personnel were outstanding in their welcome, friendliness and always so helpful. Their English was excellent.

One of the nicest hotel stays we’ve ever had. From the friendly staff to the beautifully appointed very large room to the tasty breakfasts, we were very impressed. There’s much to be said for a family run hotel as opposed to the big chains.

Parking was a problem that Booking.com did not warn us about. The hotel has only 6 spaces, so if you want to park at the hotel you should reserve a space in advance by contacting the hotel directly. When we arrived there were no spaces left, so we had to park in a public lot 3 blocks away and feed the meter during the day.

Our stay was incredible! The hotel is definitely 5-star quality - the only reason it has only 4 stars is that the front desk isn't open 24 hrs, not a problem for guests because there is keypad access after hours. The location is perfect for sightseeing on foot in the old town. The hotel is small, only 10 rooms, and is beautifully designed. Our room was spacious and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning that kept us cool even though the weather outside was hot. The bathroom was lavish, very fresh, and the shower was great. Breakfast was continental, with homemade yogurt and good croissants but no cooked food. We ate dinner twice at the hotel and recommend it highly The local Gaillac wines were very good and the menu had both regional and international specialties. All our food was delicious. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
