Rooms are small and not soundproof, but not small enough that it negatively impacted the trip, and the noise from the hallway is audible, but not a bother. Great hotel!

Very central location with a short walk to the beach and train station to go to nearby cities including Monaco. Rooms include a refrigerator and iron. Laundry on-site is reasonably priced. There are a few nice cafes nearby, including the one just next door for easy breakfast/lunch. Staff was very accommodating of our additional requests and let us store luggage on check out - Maria is amazing!

Had the most amazing stay, everything you could want for a stay in Nice. The apartments are well placed to explore the city, everything you could need is on your doorstep and hosts provide excellent information. The beach front is less than 10 minutes walk from your door. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and so well equipped! You are able to cater for yourself or purchase a breakfast which can be eaten in your room if you wish. There is plenty of equipment and a microwave and hob so you can cook for yourself but there are lots of restaurants nearby-so much choice! The bathroom was brilliant, great shower, robes provided and lovely products! Hairdryer and straighteners available too! We were greeted by such friendly staff and given complimentary wine and Macarons.Communication was brilliant throughout booking/stay. Honestly better than I could have dreamed!

Facilities: a great variety of cooking appliances and great selection of cutlery. The only inconvenience was that when the doors to the cooking area were open, it was difficult to move around the apartment. Please consider sliding doors to slide into the void alongside the side panels.

The location was great , the room was clean , pauline and the team were helpful and understanding , the hotel was detailed oriented (welcoming card , suggested places board , room directory link ) , the team had an effective action to any issue raised , our stay was ( A good EXPERIENCE ) , The stairs were a concern for us with our heavy luggages but the team helped carry the luggage so it was NOT an issue at all, (the service 11/10 )

No fault of the hotel, but there is no hotel parking. So, we had to park in a garage and it was expensive.

The reception staff was exceptional! We were greeted kindly, offered cold water, and our room was explained to us. The room was tastefully decorated and have every amenity, including a little kitchen. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the small patio was a bonus. The room had air con! A great location with classic architecture and easy walking around.

Location was outstanding. A block away from Av Jean Medecin which is the major street full of shops and about 3 blocks from Rue Alexandre Mari and Rue Saint-Francios Paule which are full of shops and restaurants. ~4 blocks away from the water. Staff was amazing. They reached out before our trip to make sure we had everything we needed when we arrived. VERY RESPONSIVE. We were a family of three so needed the pull out sofabed - which was hands down the MOST comfortable pull out sofabed ever! And sofabed was super easy to set up and breakdown. Overall an amazing stay. I can't stress enough how amazing the staff was.

We had such a great stay at Ammi Lafayette, the staff were so helpful messaging us the information we needed the day before our arrival. The location is perfect, walking distance to the main attractions in Nice and lots of choices of restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable, stylish and equipped with everything you need. The luggage storage which is free of charge is such a handy addition! All in all a stylish hotel, perfect location, friendly and helpful staff :) Thankyou for a wonderful stay, would highly recommend!

Ammi is a wonderful aparthotel and we would definitely return here whenever in Nice. The welcome was warm and professional, we were kindly upgraded to a room with a balcony too. The room was so well equipped, we could have cooked a full meal in it! Great shower and TV with Netflix and a comfortable bed. The room was also very quiet despite this being Carnival in Nice and the breakfast was generous and varied with fresh bread rolls baked on the premises. The location was perfect, a short distance form the sea and in the old town and near to cafes, restaurants and a shop as well as bus, tram and train stops. Ammi could not be faulted or improved!

30 steps to climb which wasn’t a problem for us and clearly stated on website. Would be a problem for people with mobility problems. Staff offered to carry luggage if required.

Excellent location. Staff excellent, very helpful and friendly. English spoken Very clean. Quirky decor. Kitchen facilities if required in room - very neatly done. Complementary coffee and tea. Continental Breakfast available for 8 euros with as much as you want. Luggage storage if required. From airport tram link get off at Jean Medicin and 5 mins walk away.
