Very good location near the old city. Car park one block away. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Family room was 2x double beds in one room and 2x single beds adjacent, which was perfect for a family of 5-6.

There was no lift/out of order. The reception was up 2 flights of stairs, so with our luggage, we desperately needed a lift. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The location of the hotel was great, the staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was about right for a 2 ** hotel. With some minor adjustments, this could be much better. The rooms were comfortable too.

For two days I lived in a room on the 4th floor and the Internet was not working well

A small hotel near the train station. Very good location. Nice rooms. Amazing and friendly reception staff [thanks to Sarah for her help and advices] Elevator to make it easier to get to the floor with luggage. Nice bathroom. There are towels and shower gel. and you can leave your luggage in special room after check out.

Wonderful staff, all of them speaking several languages, Spanish mine included. They were really helpul giving information. It is a cozy hotel two minutes walk from old town and close to train and bus station. Wonderful price

The hotel is perfectly located a few steps from the center of Annecy, with restaurants and places to have coffee. The room was very well decorated, the bathroom very comfortable and with everything you need for a stay of several days. The hotel employees are always very friendly and attentive, which makes the stay more than perfect. We will definitely be back in the summer!

Fairly easy to find (with Sat-nav), drop off space and the hotel will provide a voucher for car park parking nearby. Close to railway station. Reception staffed all night, so no issue if getting in late. Comfortable room, walk in shower. Breakfast available for extra cost, but you can just get a coffee for €2.

The location of the Hotel des Alpes near Le Gare, was perfect for us. We so enjoyed the views from our corner room with balcony 3rd floor. Staff were exceptional, friendly and professional. Breakfast was value for money. A special mention for the following staff; Adeline, Laurie, Miriama and Shannon. We also acknowledge the staff behind the scenes. The 24hr desk was very convenient , added to security and we always enjoyed a chat. Thoroughly recommend staying here while in Annecy. Linda and David NZ

The walls and ceiling were very thin, so we could hear a baby crying nearby and when the bathroom was being used overhead.
