Breakfast was simple and not well organised. You can only get cups, plates, cutlery etc from your table and if you're down later, they've all been used. Very few staff around and nothing gets cleaned up straight away so found myself without a table or anything to eat off or drink out of and hunting around used tables.

The Staff is friendly, attentive and contributed yo a pleasent stay. The room is clean and quiet. The location was very central. Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful hotel.

Shower is tiny. Too tiny

Location was perfect. I did not need a cab to go anywhere. Lots of restaurants around. Shopoing/fashion High Street around the corner.

Air condition didn’t work and was not fixed by staff although it was raised with them. Room was not ready at the checkin time of 3pm (it was 3:15pm). Baggage storage was not secure, someone from the street could have taken bags. Staff had changed from bag drop to bag pickup and the baggage ticket was not checked.

Small room, but comfortable and efficiently designed. Loved the location - close proximity to Cours d'Intendance and an easy walk to the quais along the river, the public gardens, Places des Quinconces and many other sites of interest.

The parking is an inconvenient distance away (10 minutes+) which when raining is a very wet walk. There is a car park right around the corner from the hotel but the hotel gets a 50% discount from the Q Park 10 mins walk away. The room was very cramped I did miss the info about the size of the room when booking however, the bathroom was disproportionally large in comparison to the bedroom space. If it rains the roof terrace bar is closed (makes sense) but there is no indoor bar onsite so one must go out in the rain to find a bar.

Staff were very friendly and tried to find an alternative room when I said the room was rather cramped. The hotel is centrally situated. There is a roof terrace bar.

Our Room was a lovely size but having seen other rooms in the hotel they were quite small. Our hotel window opened out to a Fire Escape and we were nervous of opening our window at night in case of intruders however our room size was just perfect. More towels and Toilet Paper in the rooms would be recommended as we had to ask everyday for more supplies. I know we are all trying to be more sustainable but the choice should be with the customer as to whether they want fresh towels or not.

Location of Hotel was just excellent and staff very friendly. Loved the hotel and its classic French style. Being a person who travels a lot for work staying at often clinical style hotels this hotel oozed comfort and tradition and was just a perfect treat.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Rooms were very dark even with the lights on. Staff could have been more helpful or have a bit more knowledge about the city. Every time we asked a question or sought information, the response was "I'm not sure, I am new" or simply "I don't know."

Not an smart tv, you can only watch French tv.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and clean. The staff was super friendly, we could have a hotel umbrella as it was rainy, which was very convenient. There was free still and sparkling water in the lobby, as well as coffee and fruits.

Reported aircon not working cdnt sleep at night tho others seemed to be working. Only told about free facilities in foyer day 3 No service sign in our room, more clarity about cleaning,only cleaned once when asked at reception.

Great location, nice breakfast wdv liked some variety over 5 days. Asked for flat pillow and given new one. Friendly staff.

The hotel is compact but quite good. Excellent staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. The location is amazing. Short walk to the team and cafes and restaurants. Pedestrian streets, easy access.
