Excellent parking, initial welcome and offer to carry bags from our car was superb. Check in and explanation about all services was spot on. Bar service and snacks was excellent if a little slow.

Very expensive rooms

We loved our stay here - a 10 minute Uber into Épernay for tastings. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was the best buffet we’ve had. Room was so spacious and comfortable - excellent AC. Loved having room service. Loved the pool and hot tub. Lovely walks around the vineyards! Would definitely stay again.

Bathroom could have been a bit bigger and a shower in a small bath is not great.

The room was comfortable, very clean and lovely, except for a tiny bathroom and loo. Shower in a bath and extremely slippery. The rest of the hotel was wonderful. Friendly staff. Didn't eat there as restaurant couldn't accommodate us, but the bar was nice. Would return.

Few little details to think about - like no convenient stand or table in the bathroom to put the toiletteries in a cosmetic bag (esp for ladies), no shelf in the shower itself to place your shampoo or sth. Then, we had a fridge with drinks included (great!) but no bottle opener for them, and our room was lacking the Do not disturb sign until I asked. But so to say - all of those can be easily fixed or were fixed during our stay by the responsive staff.

Magic place with amazing territory, splendid restaurant, charming building, very attentive personnel, the rooms were comfy and pretty. I cannot recommend more, also because of the location, Epernay is 10 mins away and so easy to drive or get by taxi. Rooms are equipped with coffee machine and fridge, very powerful and convenient steamer. Wifi was working well, parking is also available, very close to the entrance. Cute baskets with towels for the Spa (didn’t visit the pool but looked good from the outside). We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and also presented with a bottle in the room with fruit plate and handwritten welcome note - these details are very pleasing.

we were unable to eat in the restaurant because it was fully booked. In fairness some of the small print sent to us when we booked in February advised booking the restaurant which was obviously a long time in advance. they might have provided us with a reminder when they took payment for our reservation 2 months in advance of our stay! We did manage to get a fairly basic snack in the bar.

Fantastic luxury hotel in the hart of Champagne. Great and spacious room. Excellent pool and jacuzzi. Children are welcome and the staff is very attentive.

Dinner was fully booked but more our fault for last minute booking so book in advance so you can truly experience everything including the Spa

Very nice. Super clean! Good services and lovely garden. Great swimming pool and my son loved the playroom. He spent hours in there. Breakfasts were great and the coffee was really good. Everyone was super friendly as well and the location was great.

lovely welcome. As we were travelling with our daughter, we took a suite, which was excellent. Breakfast was lovely and the omelettes stunning, quality of the food amazing.

The room was overall of good size, but it needed some extra storage space for luggage and smaller items as well as hangers for coats. The toilet was big enough but the bathroom was small and not enough hangers. Especially considering that you have towels, bathrobes and swimsuits to dry (after the spa).

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and approachable, and they made us feel welcome, especially Kinsley, the chief concierge. We figured out that the hotel was recently renovated, so everything was in great condition. In our opinion, the rooms could use a bit of flair. The breakfast was great! Special mention to the outstanding quiche :) The hotel has a beautiful garden and view to the vineyards! All in all, a beautiful place and a good experience!
