The outside of the hotel is in need of some upgrade and maybe a lick of paint. The courtyard of the hotel is also used as the back of one of the restaurants so usual kitchen smells, staff and a view into the kitchen when you walked through the courtyard. The hotel does have a beach club but you are charged extra for this. There are only small observations and didn’t overshadow our stay.

The staff were so welcoming, polite and accommodating! They were also so good with the children. Lots of restaurants around the hotel and access to a great shopping mall near by. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and a choice of pillows!

room amenities were relatively poor i must say. Toothbrush and paste.. the pump of shower gel didnt; work. There is a room to imporve on the quality of amenities as well as the internet connection in the properties.

accessibility to the beach, restaurants, cap 3000 ( the biggest shopping mall) and all the activities for children. 10 min taxi to Nice downtown. We truly appreciate the location that meets our holidays for all our family in each purpose during our stay.

Beach could be better. No guarentee for sunbeds for hotel guests, no proper place to change, there is no functioning women's toilet.

The ad promised an ocean view room, when we got to our room it overlooked a parking lot. We were told the hotel was full and we couldn't change rooms. On the way out when I complained I was told they would make a note to the file and upgrade us next time we stayed. Given that we were form the US its not particularly likely that we will return. I noted this on the hotel customer satisfaction form and got a very sympathetic apology but still no refund.... Also they don't do a good job of explaining the facilities and the offerings regarding beach access or the area.

Needs a pool and more info on the facilities! Hours for room service are not great as you come back from the beach to shower and relax with a glass of wine and a snack .. well not before 19hrs :(

I think this hotel could do a with a pool, breakfast was decent but a few more options (ie more egg styles than just scrambled eggs) and puke have been great.

The property is on a fairly nice stretch of beach with many restaurants and a modern mall about a 10min walk away. Lots of water sport activity options. Staff were very helpful as I was traveling with my two young boys after a cancelled EasyJet flight. Very planet 24 hour stay.
