We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great for the airport. Very clean and comfortable room with all facilities you would expect. Very friendly and helpful staff. The airport shuttle drivers were great too. The onsite restaurant was top class.

Beautiful room. Very clean and spacious. Shower was absolutely delightful. We only stayed 1 night before a flight home. But could have easily stayed longer. Breakfast was lovely and our dinner on arrival was tasty too.

FranceOur room was so hot that we couldn’t sleep. Even with the completely turned off and the portable fan they brought us, it was sweltering and we spent the entire night sweating. The windows cannot be opened and the entire hotel’s system was set to heat, not AC. It was an extremely uncomfortable night.
The location and shuttle service to the airport were wonderful.

United States of America1. One option entree for lunch, although a very decent Caesar Salad. 2. AC was turned off for the winter and room was so hot, moved to a lower level BUT we were overrun by ants everywhere. Suitcases, bed, shower. Very unfair and unfortunate to pay top price and be so uncomfortable and inconvenienced. Front desk apologized and was very kind but we should be compensated for the ant bite on my face.

SwitzerlandThe room was run down. The power sockets half out of the wall, the light switches not tied. The furniture ist ver old and not well put together. The rack for the suitase was broken. A very old bathroom It is ok to sell not renovated rooms for a lower price but it should be clearly visible when planning your stay. Plus the reduction of the rate has to be at 50%. 125 Euros for a room from the 70ies and not well maintained is a rip off

GermanyThe staff was not friendly, spoke insufficient English, the menu in the restaurant was not international, French dishes only. Poor beer quality and only questionable French wines on the menu. On check-out the invoice was not correct (company's name failed although specifically asked for ) lady behind the desk was not able to correct this and asked me to send an email afterwards. I did so, but I did not even received an answer let alone a changed invoice. Very poor customer service!

Lovely refurbished room, comfortable bed with good quality linen and toiletries. Staff very welcoming, couldn't do enough for you. Public areas inside and out are well maintained, attractive and comfortable. The hotel grounds are gated and felt very secure. The excellent customer service, refurbishment and re-design of the hotel are what you expect of the Hilton brand. For those departing for an early flight free coffee, teas etc are provided at reception which is a great touch.
