We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI thought nice toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities would have lifted the experience considerably. We had to go out and buy soap.
Great location, very close to the centre of St Remy but very very quiet. Didn’t really feel like a hotel, more like a bed and breakfast. No communal areas such as a bar appeared to be open when we were there (October). Room was comfortable although furnishings were quite sparse …shabby chic.

United KingdomArriving at Hotel Sous les Figuiers after a long day of cycling felt like what I imagine arriving at an oasis in the desert must feel like. The couple who run the hotel were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. Also, their beds are probably some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Saint Rémy
