Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt would be helpful if it was clearly stated during booking that you need to leave your keys with the front desk whenever you leave the hotel. My first-floor room had an extra door leading to the garden. I made sure to close it before I left, but when I returned, the door was open. This made me feel uneasy.

SpainWe didn’t like that it was a bit noisy because the door was thin. We also didn’t like the shower, which was a bit small. However the bathroom was full-equipped and for a couple it’s good.
We liked the staff who were really helpful and kind. We also liked the location, it was well connected by metro with the city centre. We also liked that the room was big enough and that it has ac system.

This place is in a great location, is very affordable and delivers what it says it will very well. It’s NOT a fancy boutique hotel but it delivers value for money, with small but clean rooms with all the things you need for a short stay in Paris and is 2 minutes from a metro station and a 15min walk from the Gare de Nord. My stay was great - the staff are also very friendly and helpful

IrelandThere is no elevator, the stairwell is small and short, the room is poorly soundproofed, the bed makes noises when you move, the air conditioner cannot adjust the direction of the wind, and the hair dryer can hardly dry anything.
The location is very good, close to the subway station, with supermarkets, coffee shops and bars downstairs. There is also an arch attraction not far away. The staff's service attitude is very good. Although their English is not good, they are very patient.

The door to the bathroom is a glass so you can see through everything that is happending inside there is no privacy. No coffee, tea or water in your bedroom nor in the lobby

United KingdomWe were expecting our room to have a kitchenette based on the photos on the website. It didn't and this meant our plans for self catering were effected somewhat. That being said, the webpage didn't specifically say each room had these facilities, so that's really on us for not looking properly. The back staircase was very steep and narrow and I can imagine anyone with poor mobility might struggle. Again it wasn't an issue for us personally, but something some people may need to be aware of.
The location was close to the city centre and within easy access due to the nearby metro. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and available 24hrs on reception. We didn't try the breakfast ourselves but it looked nice. Close location to shops for food for trips out.
