We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaI think it is essential to provide tea & coffee making facilities in hotel rooms. Not every person wishes (or is able) to leave their hotel to go out to purchase a tea/coffee..Given this was an accessible room suitable for a wheelchair user, it is even more important to have this facility provided. I speak from experience as a parent of a person with very limited mobility.
Great location across road from train & bus station. Lovely view over the river. T he staff were friendly & the room was big.

United KingdomWe stopped for 1 night on the GR5 hike. This isn't a tourist spot- it is convenient for the GR5 or the rail station, but somewhere to spend a night not a whole holiday.
Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. The room was clean and well maintained, with a comfortable bed. There are takeaways, restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

United KingdomThe only thing that was missing was a restaurant or a bar area, where we could have breakfast or grab a drink as it was under refurbishment. Also, our kids were a bit noisy and lively and we had someone knocking on the door around 8ish pm that it was too loud.
Nice hotel, lovely room with big comfortable beds, a great view of the river and mountains behind, big modern bathroom with bath. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located in a center of the town, and not far form the great Valfrejus ski lift.

Franceit’s value for money, do not expect anything special. it is perfect for passing through my room overlooked the river, and I slept with open window to hear this sound, amazing! the sheets were rather cold, no warm duvet, the breakfast was ok , don’t expect 4/5 star hotel, but enough to get you going. public parking just in front no refrigerator, which is a pity
