The plumbing in our shower had a bad smell, and there was a little bit of mold or discoloring in the tiling of the shower.

The staff were amazing and friendly! They had coffee and tea available 24/7, with tea time at 4pm everyday. The room was very cozy and charming and a great size. They had a sauna available onsite which we did not use but loved having the option. Breakfast was very good with lots of options, more than just pastries and toast. It was truly great!

The staff were amazing the entire time: very warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the mountains, river, and town. The hotel was pet friendly and had a lot of great amenities, including a sauna, coffee, tea cakes and purified water. We visit Chamonix each year, and this is our favourite hotel.

The hotel had some modern fixings but the hall carpet needed to be replaced.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Included breakfast was very good. It’s toward the edge of Chamonix but the town is compact so everything is within walking distance.

Location in the center of chamonix . Staff very nice and polite . Room was good size and view over the river was spectacular . Free coffe and tea all day long is plus point and garden setting area was excellent idea . Price was adequate . Breakfast was very good . I would highly recommend this hotel

Warm and inviting, the staff are so friendly and will do everything they can to make your stay memorable. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Good bar area. Although a 3 star I can easily say this hotel performed at a higher standard than many 4 stars I’ve stayed at. Can’t rate this place enough!

The location of the hotel it is central and close to the Sud bus station 10 or 15 minutes walking to the hotel around all shopping area, I liked everything breakfast it was nice and the hotel room they cleaned every day. Service of restaurant and the reception was great.

Worn-out carpeting in corridors, rather small room (for 2 single beds, two large dogs), but large balcony and view compensated for the small room size.

That we had to leave when our vacation was over.

We have travelled to Chamonix and stayed at different hotels and apartments over the years, and this was the best place property we have stayed at. The staff were very warm, kind, and helpful. The location was very central, close to shops and restaurants, but also the gondolas and hiking trails to the summits. The room was clean, very comfortable, and had a great view of the mountains with a large balcony right over the river, where we could sit and enjoy a view of Mt. Blanc. The amenities of the hotel were great for us, including the breakfast, tea, coffee, purified water and sauna.
