Breakfast is very very weak. There is not much to choose and we ate the same things for four days. Not a single thing added or removed from the menu. Almost all of the reading lamps of the room were not working. We are told that this is a general problem of the hotel and they will be renewed in time.

Clean hotel. Location is good, close to Disneyland and hotel has free shuttle service. Interior architecture of the hotel is great. Rooms and lobby are very well designed. Hotel is family friendly. A small playzone for kids is also available. Staff is good and friendly.

I would recommend bringing some bottles of water or fruit juice especially for the children as the drinks were 5 euro every time.

it was very clean. The staff were very helpful. The night staff were extremely helpful, in particular the french man that was on reception, unfortunately I did not get his name. He was tall slim and fair haired. He arranged something to eat after the hotel had finished serving food.

The food was awful. The cost of the car park was also pretty ridiculous - 17 Euros for a 14 hour stay in the car park.

Loved that they had bouncy castles set up in the garden for the children - the location was good and check-in was fairly straight forward.

The only issues we had were late at night you could hear kids running through the hall from the room, but this isn’t the hotels fault as people were returning from Disneyland and their fireworks, so it’s just something to consider if you have light sleepers in your group. The major issue we had would be the buses. They weren’t very regular but we were going at low season, meaning there were less of them. But due to their being less buses, getting on one was virtually impossible as they were all rammed. You’d probably be able to manage if only standing, but as we had a pram we found it very difficult. We did walk to and from the disneyland parks, and honestly it is a lovely walk with no hills so very easy but just time consuming. Other than that we couldn’t be happier with the Grand Magic Hotel!

The hotel was so beyond some of the negative reviews we read before arriving, the hotel was spotless, staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. The room was brilliant, the cot bed was an actual mattress and had a thin duvet which was perfect.

The wall lights/lamps in our room didn’t work. And the WiFi wasn’t great.

I loved the feeling of the property, it felt magical and exciting as soon as you walked in. The shuttle bus service to the Disney parks was great too. There was a bouncy castle outside for the kids to enjoy every day and the breakfast was fantastic! We ate tea at the all you can eat buffet on our arrival night which was a little pricey, but great value for money

The family rooms are incredibly small and the bathroom is very old and dated with a very rusty and chipped toilet. The room let the otherwise fantastic hotel down.

The interior of the public areas in the hotel and the design theme is amazing! Staff are brilliant and friendly and the buffet breakfast was delicious.

The pool water was cold, it wouldn't have been great if slightly heated. The kids were really cold and were really looking to swim. It was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, the indoor pool. Also we were charged for converters, normally whenever we travel we use the converter and leave in the room. It was a bit odd to be charged 6 euro/converter.

The location was perfect very convenient to Disneyland. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spacious and very kids friendly. The breakfast food and variety was excellent.

The water in the pool is not heated, but the room is.

The hallway by the bar with 3D visual screens was absolutely amazing. Hanging out there at night gives us a relaxing vibe.

The breakfast was terrible. Awful service because they were just too busy and the tables and buffet were not clean. Lots of children running round with nothing substantial available to eat (just sweet treats). The toilets in the reception area are also awful - outdated and not kept clean.

Really great decor and themed hotel that gets you ready for Disney! Brilliant location just a short free shuttle ride away from the park.
