We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FranceWish reception had told us when we checked in that there was a lift to the second floor!! It was not obvious (accessed through the dining room) and my husband had to carry our luggage up. We found out about the lift on day 3!!
Our room was spacious and well laid out. The bathroom was adequate, with a very good shower.

IrelandWe were on the third floor and there was not a lift. We are able bodied and the stairs, beautiful stairs, weren't a problem but for someone who has a difficulty in climbing stairs, they would have found it a challenge.
We liked the ambiance of the hotel. It was a typically French long established hotel in the centre of town, very close to restaurants etc. The bed was very comfortable, room very clean, ensuite, but a but cramped. It suited our needs. Breakfast was good. Gardens were just what was needed in the very hot weather. Lots of shade and a pool. We would like to have stayed longer. We felt it was very good value for money.

FranceOverall the hotel is a bit dated. The female receptionist was very helpful but other staff not. When a very dated bathroom fan heater malfunctioned blowing hot air continuously into an already hot room, staff were not prepared to help in any way and only allowed the guests to move rooms when they absolutely insisted.
Good location with lovely grounds and a pool. Plenty of parking. Rooms were comfortable with good beds but a bit dated. No air con but it wasn't a problem. Good breakfast at a reasonable price.

Beautiful village setting, restaurant was excellent we chose the 35euro set meal the fillet of aubrac the best .swimming pool well kept and enjoyable after a busy day. Rooms were fitting to the buildings little quirky but thats fine with us .breakfast was well worth the money too.

United KingdomThe good food is spoilt by the way the restaurant is run: although we had booked a table months before and received confirmation, the man who seemed to be in charge said we couldn’t have a table for about an hour and it was no use our showing him our confirmation because they were full. He was quite rude . Luckily the receptionist, who was charming, came and insisted we had a table .
Lovely parc with swimming pool and huge cedar trees in the middle of Florac. Old fashioned but comfortable rooms. Good food.
