Breakfast was disappointing. It should be a menu breakfast omelettes, a choice of eggs? the buffet was extremely small and not much choice at all.

The concierge / valet staff member Dorian was very professional, helpful and a credit to the hotel. The hotel was clean and tidy, rooms are spacious. The Hyde beach club is great, which was in front of the hotel.

Carpets in the rooms showed some wear, minor staining, but appeared to be clean. Fridges in room did not have space for any additional items.

Great restaurant on site, lobby and grounds were exceptional, amazing concierge staff. Room service was quick and tasted great. Free drinks in the room was great. 10/10 stay

The only negative was there was no mounted shower head. It was a hand held and mounted to the bathtub which you had to pull up to rinse yourself.

First time to Cannes and confused on the entrance but the staff immediately answered our call and came to help us. Both evening at check in and morning front desk staff was very helpful. Helped suggest other towns to explore. The room had a Dyson hairdryer which was awesome and the suite was very large.

The location was perfect, right on the Boulevard de la croisette so pretty easy to get around. The property was very beautiful, very clean and fancy facilities in the rooms plus a free minibar which is restocked daily. The manager Jean Philippe was very nice and sent us a bottle of champagne for my birthday which was well appreciated :)

Great location and easy parking at the front of the hotel. We had a hybrid car and when we left the day after they had charged it for us which we loved. Friendly staff, location right in front of the beach. Clean spacious rooms.

Beautiful location on the Croissette with a lovely garden and excellent Japanese restaurant. Rooms are so chic and modern, it feels like you’re on a very luxurious ocean liner (but with a lot more space). The hotel has a very intimate feel and the staff are incredibly helpful and hospitable. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and definitely the most elegant in Cannes.

It's a delightful stylish hotel just off Croisette - not directly on the avenue itself, but just 1 min stroll through the park away. Our privilege room with the sea view terrace was spacious enough, well appointed and had excellent amenities. The staff at the reception, concierge desk and restaurant are just wonderful, welcoming and super-helpful. Having stayed in other Cannes grand hotels, we much preferred Mondrian, as it's smaller, less stuffy and the design is much more modern and sleek

One of our two rooms didn't have a shower, we weren't warned this would be a possibility - there was only a handheld fitted to the bath taps and it wasn't even fixed to the wall. This made it awkward as our party of 4 people all prefer showers so we had to share the one in our room. In future, I would request rooms with showers.

Fabulous hotel - great staff, we had a gorgeous room with a sea view. Love the great shower and Balmain toiletries. Wonderful housekeeping. In a perfect location. This will be our go-to Cannes hotel in the future.

Everything was decent, I would say the staff could participate in more hospitality management training, particularly in interaction with guests and non-French speaking guests.

The location is great. The decor is impeccable. The free non alcoholic drinks supplied on a daily basis. Housekeeping comes through twice a day, very nice. The city view was not bad at all. Housekeeping also left chocolate treats after cleaning on a daily basis, very thoughtful.
