The toilet was not clean, but we decided not to contact the reception about it, because we were tied The painting on the walls was fine for me, but it was unpleasant for my spouse and son, but it was my problem, since I chose it.

The hotel is situated near the train station, which is convenient. The train district does have some impact, but it's not too bothersome.

Nothing really

Very good location for us as right by the station where we had to meet and near the heart of the city. All walkable distant even for my older mum. Despite being by the station which sometimes are a bit dodgy areas, it was super quiet and no bad crowds. Hotel is nice and modern with very friendly and accommodating staffs. All the public transport are there too (buses and metro )so perfect to visit and go back to Basle.airport. So all together, i would definitely recommend it , good calye for money abd for a first visit it was a good location to get my barings .

It was quite warm when we visited and they don’t have air conditioning. Instead they had these cooling fans which we combined with the open windows.

We loved the decor - great art and each room was different. We got to peek in many of the rooms the morning we left as they were being cleaned. So cool! Even the parking garage was painted.

The only problem I can identify is no fault of the hotel. There is extensive building work going on across the road, which can be noisy. Hopefully it will be short-lived.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice in pleasant surroundings. The hotel is close to the station, and as I was travelling by train, this was really useful.

Staff and their service is just "excellent". The room (for 4 persons) and beds are comfortable. Very close to the railway station. You can leave your luggage to the reception for a last walk in the city. Thanks for everything.

Our room is close to the ventilation outlet of the kitchen. Can smell the kitchen in the morning. But the rest of the day was fine.

The room is big enoungh for 4 people but my room was a bit dark. It has only a little window in living area and another window in bathroom. There is no a kettle or a fridge in room.

The location is very good. Walkable distance from train station and you can walk to the cathedral/ Petite France. A reception is friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early.

Urrrr.... The facilities is a bit too simple. No drinking cups and table lamps. Three adults living but only two cups for brushing teeth at the sink, and only offer three set of towels.
