We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceThe wifi didn't work in the annex where we were staying. The annex is quite far from the main building & it was raining heavily, it would be helpful if umbrellas were provided. We got soaked going for breakfast & loading the car when we left. The annex isn't well lit so returning from dinner in the dark was a bit scary especially as there are a lot of stairs to climb. Dinner was expensive for what it was

United KingdomPoor breakfast. Got there for 9am . One egg. No cereal bowls, one tiny piece of ham. Had to ask for more bread. All this and supposed to be breakfast till 10.00. Staff apologetic bur when I asked for bowl waitress just said we haven't got any so I had to use the bowl the only remaining ceriel bowl qas standing in.. that was chipped in 2 places. Having said thT evening meal was lovely.

GermanyThe food wasnt very good. In such a fabulous building and setting it was a pity and you would expect better. A 3 course menu for 19€ is very cheap though, so for that price it was ok. I would have preferred to have paid more and had better food though. The breakfast was very simple too.
The room, the location and the building are really lovely. It was a perfect stop over with loads of parking. The staff were also very nice and helpful.
