Our room was warm even with the air conditioning on, the controls only gave a maximum +/-3°c rather than an actual temperature. The window was open when we arrived, which helped a lot but it was closed and locked during our stay. The reception team refused to reopen it stating safe issues. Odd it was open to start with.

Really comfortable beds, quiet location and a fabulous breakfast with lots of options. Close to the city centre and cathedral, with a 15 minute walk in. Its location was also useful for train travel being just over a 5 minute walk to the station. The staff were very helpful keeping our luggage secure on our check out day.

Not very much to mention. The room size could be bigger and the space between bed and wall to walk is quite narrow, respectively. But that was no big deal.

Inconspicuous from the outside, the hotel and it‘s room was beautiful in the inside; modern establishment, especially the bathroom and the wellness area were a highlight. Choice and food quality at the breakfast was outstanding! It’s a pity we only stayed for one night.

Wifi connection was not strong enough and kept reconnecting

The Hotel in General is very clean and well designed. You don't get bored spending your time in the hotel. The Staff (Especially the girls serving during breakfast or dinner) is wonderful. They are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too. They also have private parking (it costs 20€ per day)

Well located to visit Strasbourg in quiet area . Although next to railway line there was no noise from the trains . Lovely breakfast with excellent choices Very comfortable beds and pillows and lovely shampoo etc Friendly helpful staff Bookable secure car park under hotel but had to pay extra for this . Spa was ok for 30 mins but had to pay extra . Lovely garden to chill in too

Well, it didn't bother me much, but you might want to know that the hotel overlooks the train station, so you'll hear the trains.

Very friendly welcome, great facilities, good breakfast and coffee to the city center.

In the suite the toilet room (WC) does not have hand soap. It is only in the separated bathroom with shower, which is in the same area as the bedroom. Our baby was sleeping so washing hands required disturbing her. Weird to have no soap with the toilet. Pillows not very comfortable either.

Great breakfast, very comfortable suite with balcony (but view was over the train yard so not scenic), friendly service and beautiful lobby.

Our standard room has very little storage space. We left our clothes in the carry-on luggage throughout our stay. Per front desk, the mini refrigerator in room was purposely turned off so there was no possibility to chill water, and fruits.

Location was excellent, 15-20 minute walk to Old Town, to train station, many restaurants and large shopping mall . Facility in general was clean and bright. Room was modern albeit a little small. It was amazingly quiet even though it was one street from train tracks. For us, bed and pillows were comfortable and bathroom was bright and spacious. The fitness room is small and sparsely equipped but it met my needs.
