In the suite the toilet room (WC) does not have hand soap. It is only in the separated bathroom with shower, which is in the same area as the bedroom. Our baby was sleeping so washing hands required disturbing her. Weird to have no soap with the toilet. Pillows not very comfortable either.

Great breakfast, very comfortable suite with balcony (but view was over the train yard so not scenic), friendly service and beautiful lobby.

Our standard room has very little storage space. We left our clothes in the carry-on luggage throughout our stay. Per front desk, the mini refrigerator in room was purposely turned off so there was no possibility to chill water, and fruits.

Location was excellent, 15-20 minute walk to Old Town, to train station, many restaurants and large shopping mall . Facility in general was clean and bright. Room was modern albeit a little small. It was amazingly quiet even though it was one street from train tracks. For us, bed and pillows were comfortable and bathroom was bright and spacious. The fitness room is small and sparsely equipped but it met my needs.

Clearer explanations in advance regarding the facilities. In our case the parking and the use of the pool. When we booked,we asked to book a parking space as it is prescribed in the hotel's site.They replied that there wasn't a free space but we can park infront of the hotel from 19:00pm to 09:00 am and to a parking garage that cooperates with the hotel. The last evening of our stay we asked to park infront of the hotel the above mentioned hours so as to avoid to carry our luggages to the parking garage the next morning and the reception's reply was that it isn't allowed to park infront of the hotel. When we asked about the use of the pool, the reply was that we had to pay and when we answered that we have no problem to pay, they told us that we should have a reservation 48 hours in advance. There is no mention about it, into the hotel's site.

At 10.45 we wanted a coffee, the bar was closed and it took some time for anyone to be able to help us. This is our only complaint. We had a good price as we booked a long way in advance - I was shocked to see the Friday night December rate otherwise.

We left our luggage for a partial day after checkout before leaving and upon leaving our items they were placed in a locked store room. When we went to pick them up they were sitting in a pile along with other’s things in the corner of the lobby. I was disheartened by that as someone could have swiped our stuff really easily. Otherwise our stay was great.

Not too far from the train station which made arriving and departing a breeze. The included breakfast was delicious! The rooms spacious and the staff very helpful. There were a lot of amenities available as well: bar, pool, sauna, workout room etc.
