The staff during the breakfast could have been more focus on hotel clients. They were more occupied by chatting with site workers than to guide clients or set up tables. But breakfast was very good !

The first room we stayed in (a duplex) was very hot on the top floor - the air con pointed at the stairs for some reason! But the usual room we had for the next 3 nights was fine. The gym was closed for 3 of the 5 days we stayed, not ideal! We didn’t take the breakfast except for on the last day and to be honest it wasn’t great (better to go out I would say for the cost) bread, milk not replenished, no fruit except for some small pieces of watermelon and a peach in a bowl. Hotel parking is over €50 a day! We parked at Comédie for €22 instead, it’s only a short walk away.

Nice hotel in a good location, really nice bar area and friendly staff. We ended up staying a few extra nights and it’s much much cheaper to book via booking.com than directly through the hotel! I recommend getting a massage from the spa, it’s a bit expensive but really worth it. Was nice to have a small gym and the food in the bar (and service) was very good.

Should have been told beforehand that the car park needed to be reserved. Had to drive 2 blocks away after unloading. Carpets are stained, probably by a chemical

Air conditioning kept room cool. Lovely shower and bath area. Comfortable bed. Lots of additional touches: robes, water, fridge, shampoo etc. Great location.

Location being next to the train station is a little sketchy. Not the best part of town but convenient for travelling via the train. 10 minute walk to the nicer parts of Montpelier. No real food options at the hotel unless you book weeks in advance so keep that in mind. Also no amenities in the room to even open a bottle of wine. You have to take it to the bar as they simply don’t have bottle openers for the guests.

It was a nice hotel with good front desk staff. Room was nice.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable even for young kids as it did not provide a flat surface to sleep on. The Minibar was empty and no toiletries apart from soup and shampoo were provided.

The terrace, the food and the evening staff at the bar were fantastic. The bathroom is beautiful and the provided soap and hair shampoo smelled divine.

There was only a bath and the plug did not retain the water. As there is no shower curtain it was impossible to take a shower and the only way to have a bath was to keep the water running. Not very eco friendly. Suggest you replace with shower/wet room.

The family room was too small, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Air conditioning was not enough. The gym facility was very poor, no weights available. Pay extra for parking.

Location was good. Shower was strong. Staff was friendly and helpful.
