We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Excellent location to access Disneyland parks via the number 19 bus. Fab village shop....the owner was great and had everything you could need! Accomodation good although downstairs apartment smaller than expected. Fantastic host who made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend if you are heading to Disney. The village of Montry is lovely xx

United KingdomIn the property, we missed a dressing table. Though the room was clean we found some spider webs, some insects around. Not equipped with sufficient toilet rolls, room fresheners, dish washing liquid, kitchen towels.
The property was close to our destination location where we spent most of the time. It has restaurants and bus stops nearby. The surroundings of the property was also quite good. Necessary equipment and utensils were available which was positive. Moreover, rooms were clean and tidy. Overall not bad.

GermanyWe booked the apartment cause it had good reviews on booking. We were very disappointed when we got there. The bathroom had a moldy smell. The mattress in the parents bedroom had a stain and the kitchen utensils were not clean, old and sticky to the point were we could not use them. The couch had a hole in it where a metal part was sticking through and i hurt myself when i tried to sit on the couch cause she didn't mention that to us. When i confronted her about it she said "yes i know" and that was it. I told her i hurt myself but i think she didn't understand me cause of the speech barrier. I was really upset about it since we stayed at the apartment with three kids. If one of them would've climed or jumped on the couch or if i would've put my 4 month old on the metal part they could've really gotten hurt and the fact that she knew about and didnt tell us is unaceptable. The beds were very uncomfortable and the apartment walls were very thin so we heard everything from the apartment next to us to the point were we couldn't sleep. The apartment was very pricey for two nights and absolutley not worth the money. The second day the warm water wasnt working so we couldn't shower or wash our kids. We called and told her about the problem. She came rigth away and fixed it wich was positive.
We stayed at the Apartment for 2 nights with our three kids (age 5,2 and 4 month). The host always responded within 30 mins wich was very good. She told us to call her once we get close so she can meet us to give us the key. We called her and she met us at the Apartment to give us the key. Everything worked out and we had no Problems with that. She was friendly and explained everything. We liked how close it was to Disneyland and a Store we went to on the first day. The kids liked the bunk beds.

NetherlandsThe property was in a very poor state, starting from the building, the hallway, the stairs, the floor, the kitchen, the furniture. We spent just one night but it is not a place where we would stay multiple days (in fact we chose to dine out). The pictures were probably from a different apartment and they do not correspond to what we found. The whole building had a strong odour and is not acoustically isolated from other apartments. There were cigarettes markings on all chairs, sofa and tables. The triple bunk bed was not very comfortable with the lower one next basically on the floor and the top one close to the ceiling.
Close distance to Disneyland.
