The place could do with a refurb at some point, but it's clean and well kept.

The rooms are small but spotless, but who cares about size as you're only there to sleep, especially in such a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great value for money in expensive Paris.

They didn't give us free water. Some hotels will give you bottled water, tea, or coffee for your stay. The room was also small, not the same, with the uploaded pictures in booking.com. Also, the room doesn't have enough mirrors, and the bathroom is too small

The location is just near to metro stations, some restaurants and also just 11 min walk to Eiffel Tower. You can actually see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel

Why don't you guys put water bottles into the rooms. We need tonask for it. It shouldn't be like this.

Overall great location and close to the trains. Surrounded by the eiffel tower! Good for budgeting, small shower but works fine and hot water. Beds are comfy, with nice little terrace that lets in fresh air!

The room was a bit smaller than in pictures, but I learned that is the standard for Paris. For a better understanding, it required moving sideways in some areas. Might just be a unique case: The room I got was particularly dusty. I had to clean the room cause I was sneezing from the dust, when I touched the table my hand attracted pile of dust, the window frame was brown from dust, and I could see strands of hair stuck on the bathroom slide door. The Internet was good on one end of the room, but not towards the window area. I explained this to the receptionist, but he explained that the router was fine. I would recommend requesting a room not at the far corners of the hotel if the Internet is essential for you. I learned that check-in is at 1500, not 1400hrs, they indicated at the time of check-in. I sent a message a week before requesting for early check-in and was willing to pay for more. They never responded. They, however, checked in others whose rooms were available, which was an interesting observation.

Great position to walk to the Eiffel Tower. Thr staff especially the lady on reception, was very friendly ok the room was small as lots of others have said however they are all small in Paris. The room was comfortable and quiet.No ac but we didn't need it. May 2 to may 7

The room was really small, but the bathroom was unbelievable. My husband almost couldn’t take a shower because he didn’t fit on the bath, and he is not tall or fat at all.

The bathroom was absurdly small, even by European standards. Tile grout in the shower was cracked and discolored.

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the metro and the Eiffel Tower. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed in room 38, a single room, it was quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. But I had a problem with the door key, they had an interesting method to close the door I had not experienced before. The location was excellent, very good connections with metro and walking distance to Eiffel tower, many museums etc. A very good location and safe as well.

The rooms are extremely very small and the soundproofing non-existent. The fact that the room was very small was not such a problem, but the bathroom was so small that it made it difficult for us to stay. the walls that separate the basin from the shower are so narrow that I, as a plus-size person, had a hard time. even my husband, who is very thin, was struggling. I only suggest that people be informed that the spaces are small so that people know if they can have access. also, regarding the soundproofing anything can be heard from the other rooms.

The hotel in terms of location, service and price is perfect.
