I would suggest improving sound proofing because I could hear everything what was happening in the common area of the floor

I really liked the location, I could reach everything by walking. The hotel has an elevator which helps! The furniture in the room wasn’t new but still comfortable and cozy

Minor details, nothing of note. Mosquito squashed in the elevator, clock wasn’t running on time and the soaps were a bit small. But it’s not a 5* hotel. Best price-quality balance I’ve ever seen!

Great staff, very friendly helped us instantly with a minor problem we had! Great place & location, nice interior and rooms, central in Paris. Clean room, nice beds, simple but good breakfast.

Rooms didnt have an iron/ ironing board. Rooms at back of hotel had no view (we didnt spend much time in room anyway so it didnt matter). Lift small but fine.

Location was excellent. Really handy having a fridge in the room. Staff were amazing and really friendly/ helpful. Aircon worked and cooled the room nicely. Nice breakfast. Rooms had kettle and coffee maker. Bathroom small but functional. Full length mirrors in room. Sockets near bedside tables very handy.

It met all of our needs

Wonderful hotel do our needs! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The regular room was small, as expected but the larger room with couch was much bigger than anticipated! We appreciated the daily clean as well. The air condition worked perfectly and this hotel is on a very quiet street! No cars going back and forth and no honking! Perfect hotel for our three night stay. Very close to great shop, eateries and the subway.

Only issue I had was with the staff - after extending my stay one night, I left to get lunch and the front desk flagged me down (?) only to have myself and another couple who was checking in stand by awkwardly for 10min while he was on the phone. I told him I was stepping out to get food and would be back (obviously) versus standing around while he served other clients. Then, when I came home late that evening (after 2am), another employee stopped me and said my card was deactivated and I could not access the room till I paid right then and there. I find that incredibly unprofessional and rude, not to mention borderline threatening. Upon checking out the next morning, ANOTHER employee flagged me down to recheck I had paid! Lastly, the AC did not work whatsoever and was very hot in the room, especially at night when trying to sleep.

The location is great and near good restaurants, shopping, etc. The hotel and room itself is also nice, clean and spacious.

Room a good size bed comfortable good access points for electrics, mirrors, having 2 windows was lovely made room feel brighter and bigger.

really nice hotel. I stayed in many 3 star hotels in Paris, this one is more like 4 star hotel. Very nice and helpful people are working there. Rooms are clean, not too small, our luggage fitted properly. Very nice, recommend. Location is also great, literally 5 mins away from shopping destinations, as well they have Boulangerie (French Bakery) near the hotel, as we didn't payed for breakfast at the hotel, that was convinient and very tasty
