Sink plug did not work so I had to do laundry as I showered. The lever had broken and was replaced by a bent nail! Did not work.

Conveniently located near metro line 14 and other connections. Loved the heating bars in the bathroom.

Only a minor suggestion but an option of complementary drinks to include breakfast/ English tea and milk.

Room a good size bed comfortable good access points for electrics, mirrors, having 2 windows was lovely made room feel brighter and bigger.

really nice hotel. I stayed in many 3 star hotels in Paris, this one is more like 4 star hotel. Very nice and helpful people are working there. Rooms are clean, not too small, our luggage fitted properly. Very nice, recommend. Location is also great, literally 5 mins away from shopping destinations, as well they have Boulangerie (French Bakery) near the hotel, as we didn't payed for breakfast at the hotel, that was convinient and very tasty

Rooms were a little small but I suppose that was the nature of the older building.

We booked a twin room last minute. Beds were super cosy and soft. The location was great. The rooms were decorated really stylish.

The lift was too small to fit in all the luggage if you have a lot or travelling with family. The carpet needs to change, quite old, although I can understand the building is old.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was reasonable for this type of hotel. Very good location that I would like to recommend to my friends. Restaurants, shops, attractions, bus stops, subway train stations all within walking distance. Good to see coffee facility as well, although did not use the machine. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The two separate beds placed together were tiny and kept on sliding. It accommodates two people sleeping side by side and not much more without disappearing forever into the hole. They could have proposed a 2p mattress to hold the beds and each other together. The hood was quiet but not the noises coming from surrounding suites. The walls were pretty thin.

Could hear other guests talk, bathroom flush, and walking. Walls are super paper thin. Cleaning lady could pay more attention by dusting and taking previous guest trash out.

The staff is the BEST. MR Ghani did his Best to accodomate. A genuinely nice person, switched my room more than once because first was too noisy, second too dusty/got allergies. But it's not his fault walls are uber thin I could hear the conversations clearly:) Mr Lyes was also amazing. I'm nutshell, The best STAFF ever. GREAT Location. Too bad 0 noise cancellation/no sound privacy between rooms.

The hotel is in a great location to explore attractions, 10min walk from Opera, 10min walk from Place de la Concorde... Our room was on a smaller side, on the top floor, but great for a short stay, with great variety breakfast to start the day. There are multiple restaurants and a convenience store on the doorstep as well. We would highly recommend it!
