Modern, clean, comfortable, great location. Mélanie et Aurélien were extremely helpful, their instructions for access were perfect and they even recommended a great restaurant for us - Le Theatre.

It would have been helpful to be able to check in earlier, at say 3pm instead of 4pm. But the owners were very friendly and we could park the car there anyway.

Such a lovely place! Perfect for our one night in Epernay on route back to calais. Our kids loved having the whole place to ourselves, and it was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Thank you!

The apartment is located near a busy road which makes it great to quickly go explore but it comes along with some noise of cars and motor cycles when you open the windows.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Before we even arrived we felt at home because of the the very friendly hosts Mélanie and Aurélien. They send us all the necessary information for an easy checkin. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also great because you are in walking distance of the great champagne houses like Mercier, Moet et Chandon and the city center. We had a nice terrace because we stayed on the ground floor, enjoyed ourselves a coffee and even had a fully equiped kitchen to cook. You have free parking in front of the property so this is a great place to explore the champagne region. We will definitely come back for our next visit.

Everything was damp which caused an unpleasant smell. The bed sheets didn't seem to fit and came off during the night. The mattress cover was unsanitary.

the biggest surprise and disappointment is that we check out too early, at 9 am. We were not ready for this, for our vast travel experience it was the first such early check-out. The owner received SMS from 8 am and there were knocks on the door. no, you can also hear how he walked behind the door and the road that is nearby. The location of these apartments is opposite the cemetery and in the worst place of Epernay. But the worst thing is the behavior of the owner, after some time he went into the apartment and was always present until our departure ,we were not fully dressed, and it was very unpleasant. As a result, we forgot some things. At the very last moment, he began to demand money, 15 euros. Note that it was only 10 am. we had no cash, and he accompanied us to the ATM, as criminals. We strongly do not recommend because of the conditions and the owner.

We told the owners we would arrive with a young child (1,5 years old) to make sure the apartment was 'baby friendly', but it clearly wasn't. The bedroom has no door (?), which means that we couldn't make any noise in the evening. Very hard to have a good night's sleep for us and for the baby.

The apartment is well located. It is clean and cosy, and pretty quiet. We had a great dinner on the outdoor terrace.

We didnt realize that the check out was at 11h in the morning as we thought to have more time considering that the availability of the appartement was given just at 16h of the day before. At 11h20 someone knocked at the door telling us it was time to leave. We had just woke up, so I called and wrote to the owners telling them that we would have had one our delay for the check out. Apparently it was good, but around 12h someone came and ENTERED in the appartement yelling at us and telling to leave instantly. We were almost done, we needed 5 min more, but he took our baggages that were still opened and put them out in the STREET. He acted in a very aggressive way and also we feared that he could have attacked us. It was a quite shocking experience, not really expected by a booking.com host.
