Very close to beautiful walks along the river and around the sights of the old town and restaurants. Fabian was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The room was comfortable and well renovated. The house is set in beautiful gardens. Senlis is a great place to visit

Nothing it’s perfect

Beautiful house, so nicely decorated in a great location. There’s only 3 bedrooms and we rented 2, but we’re the only ones there so it was like we rented a full house. Beautiful shared kitchen and Fabien made us all a lovely breakfast in the morning. Very clean & comfortable. Thank you!

Parking is off premises but only a two or three minute walk. However, I was not real comfortable with the idea of my rental car being out of site overnight. But that is not something that could be changed because of the lack of even street parking at the accommodation site. The parking issue would not keep me from booking this again.

This place is on a little side street in a residential neighborhood that gets almost no traffic. Nice and quiet! The room and bath were both quite adequate for our short stay. Breakfast was basic but in line with most we had while traveling in France. It is really a nice place to spend a night or two. I would recommend it. We were only there one night before flying from CDG the next day. Convenient to the airport.

It was clean, hosts are friendly and helpful and the room/garden were very nice. Stayed here for the 3rd time and it most definitely the best place to stay in Senlis. Within 5 minutes you are in the old city center.

Could have done with a baking tray in the kitchen. Very limited equipment to cook things in the oven.

Lovely clean property, peaceful surroundings. Comfortable double bed upstream, although the sofa bed was quite creaky, fine for children though. Lovely breakfast brought to the property in the morning.

Location is great and breakfast was super. Nice restaurants at 5 minutes walk. We were welcomed by Fabian, who is a great and very helpful host. The whole b&b is spotless clean and very charming.

The WiFi in our room barely worked - very weak connection. Also it was very dark in the room, no big source of light, only lampshades here and there, cozy when you prepare to sleep, but not so functional otherwise.

The room was freshly renovated and very clean. Located close to the Senlis center so perfect location. Breakfast was also good, with fresh orange juice - we really enjoyed it! Overall a very nice stay!

I hate to mention this as it is a small thing but a hand towel in the bathroom would be appreciated.

A warm welcome from owner on arrival . The room was large and beautifully decorated with lovely comfortable bed and quality bedding. The on suite was also on the large side with bath and overhead shower with complimentary shower gel and much needed hairdryer. The continental breakfast was as expected lots of lovely fresh bread and croissants with choices of jam and butter and pot of coffee. The gardens were an added attraction but unfortunately we had no time to enjoy . We will return again possibly on our return home in September but will stay a bit longer to enjoy Senlis and the fab house.

great location, the property is amazing with a closed garden in the old city. Everything is nicely decorated, clean. It is also very practical with lots of available space for your belongings.

I chose the cheapest room. I think the other rooms are better choices. The main drawback of my room was that, although the window overlooked a quiet street, only the lower half of the window had a covering. There was an upstairs window across the road with a view into my room I believe. The window of my room was about 4 feet above road level. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping with the window open. The proprietors do not live on site but close by and contactable by phone . On my arrival day I was delayed until 7pm,arriving by bus (about 30 mins from the bus station at CDG) . I was able to update Bertrand, who is fluent in English, by phone and he kindly met me. The next day my phone sim card was no longer working. I was unable to unlock the front gate because I found the lock fiddly. So without an on site host I was locked out! An extremely kind local lady,Monique, who knows Fabien, kindly telephoned him and he came to let me in. On the departure day, I was happy to check out at 11am as is stipulated but my phone sim card was still not working so I had no mobile data. I hoped to sit in the garden and use the WiFi after checkout and also hoped to leave my bags there as my overseas flight did not depart until 7pm. Fabien was quite brusque . He had new arrivals due at 1pm.No, I couldn't leave my bags. If I wanted WiFi I should go to a brasserie.

Senlis is a gorgeous town with not many tourists mid-week. It was delightful to be far from the current Paris tourist "frenzy". FAB HOUSE is a beautiful property, particularly the garden. The shared kitchen is immaculately kept. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was compact but fine.

There was no milk for the coffee before breakfast was served and no knife at breakfast to cut bread/ spread jam. other than that absolutely wonderful. and the town offers great food.

Fabien is a wonderful host and I hope to return on future trips. Room is wonderfully decorated and I was made feel very welcome. I thought Fab stood for Fabulous, now I know it refers to Fabien. I must say that really Fabulous does apply here :)

Perfect location for a night's rest on our Christmas trek up from Toulouse to Amsterdam. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room, bathroom and kitchen downstairs. We slept really well and came down to find a great breakfast the next morning. Couldn't have been better. Thank you Fabien.
