Only a small suggestion for a plug in nightlight / motion light in hall to help children (& even adults locate bathroom or otherwise) during the night. No fault of the owners but Booking.com are charging incorrectly for city tax and incorporate it into the overall price. (8.45 euro per night per adult is what should be paid so for our 3 nights= 50 euro) Booking.com stated 16.25 % City tax (no idea where they get this % from) and 90euro was included in our overall charge which is very annoying. Booking.com ignored my direct follow up with them. We stayed in a hotel in Paris centre after and were charged correctly as it was booked directly with the hotel.I would prefer not to use Booking.com in the future as their customer care is atrocious and they have made many mistakes previously. I hope there are alternative ways to book this apartment in the future.

We liked everything and would definitely use again or recommend to others. The apartment is in a great location for Disney - we enjoyed the pleasant 15/20min walk each day, and its also very close to supermarkets and restaurants within the mall. The apartment itself is well equipped, clean, cosy and comfortable and we were more than happy to dine in on one of the nights and would have done so again had we been staying longer. Feryel and Xavier are fabulous hosts. Xavier provided a very friendly welcome upon our arrival which was very much appreciated. Loved it all !

Could not have picked a better place for me and the family.The house was super clean,the kids enjoyed the stuffed animals and overall it was a great place to stay.Thank you Ferrel.I am coming back for sure next time I am in Paris

Nothing property was great

Lovely apartment, very secure in a very nice area. All amenities to hand. Superb location for Disney and Val d’Europ shopping centre. Host was great, wonderful communication and basically a lovely person. Host was unfortunately under the weather, on the day we arrived, but her daughter welcomed us to the apartment and did an excellent job, passing out info etc.

The property was beautiful, very clean. The host had thought of everything you might need for your stay. Kids loved the Disney teddies on their beds , and even the Disney bowls for breakfast. Lovely welcoming host, welcome pack with useful information was nice . Would recommend and will stay here again - when we come back to Disney.

Clean, beautiful, and spacious apartment with a very friendly and helpful host. It's probably the best apartment we had in the ast years. Stylish, modern , nd charming design. Equipped with absolutely everything one can need for his stay. All stuff is in perfect condition. 20 min walk from Disneyland, the big mall is just around the corner.

Excellent and very cozy apartment 20 minute walk from Disneyland. There is everything that you can need in it. Two bedrooms with double beds and a living room, nice small kitchen with everything inside. So if you're coming as a family to visit Disney, and you are not planning to spend more than the nights in the apartment, this is even a better solution than renting a hotel.

Stayed in two apartments to visit Disneyland with 6 adults and 3 kids. Outstanding location directly across from a huge mall and a short bus ride to Disney. Very quiet in the rooms. Well equipped and super clean - like your own apartment. Feryel, the host, was very helpful.

We had an exceptional stay at F&B's Home Disney. Upon arrival, the check-in process was guided by the host in a smooth and efficient way. The appartment was superb - clean, sizable and equipped with modern amenities, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. The location proved to be incredibly convenient, providing easy access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions and, of course, DisneyLand. Overall, it was a remarkable experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay. P.S. Really impressed by the extremely detailed instruction (FAQ) located in the apartment which saved lot's of time :)

First the host are just amazing, very welcoming and very helpful. They show me everything nearby and he gave us a ride to the train station. The apartment is very clean and very well located. It also very comfortable. The location is very nice and the mall and outlet are less than 5 min walks from the apartment.

It was a lovely clean and spacious apartment. We stayed here so we could go to Disneyland for two days and we were able to walk both days to the park via a lovely bakery. We would also go to the Italian restaurant opposite in the evening which was really nice too. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of going to Disney and not wanting to stay on site.

Had to pay €350 deposit, however in hindsight I can understand why as the apartment is upmarket and it is really a great place to stay. I think the deposit ensures responsibility and a high calibre of tenant. I would have preferred to have the option to pay the deposit via bank transfer as opposed to cash.

Friendly host that went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. Clean, modern facilities with comfortable couches and beds, and a kitchen table with chairs. Excellent location near the main shopping centre, factory outlet park, and Disneyland; all within walking distance from the apartment.
