breakfast needs a little more variety, and room cleaning was not very good.

There was no air conditioning and although there was a fan provided it was still very warm on the first few days of my stay in mid-June. I’d imagine it would be even hotter in later summer. My room was overlooking a very busy road which was very noisy all night and especially so with the window open to counteract the heat and stuffiness. Try to get a room not overlooking the road to avoid this if it is something that might bother you. The bar area is nice and my colleague had a burger and chips one evening which he said was very very good. However, the included breakfast was limited in its selection - croissants, bread rolls, some ham and cheese and plain yoghurt. There is some juice and a hot drink machine but overall disappointing, though it is included in the room rate. My room was ready and clean when I arrived, but I was visiting as part of a group and several others in the group arrived to find their rooms had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. This included two of my group who arrived at 11pm being told there were no clean rooms available and no housekeeping around to prepare a room for them, with generally unhelpful response to the situation. Another colleague had to wait several hours for his room and then when he was checked in he also discovered the room had actually not been cleaned from the previous occupant. Overall, the accommodation is nice, reasonably priced, well connected to Paris (if a little far out) and my own experience was good, but I am aware there were issues for other people staying there from my group.

Room was absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean with lots of space, electric blinds that kept out the light very well. Very modern design and comfortable bed. Lots of power outlets with USB sockets for charging also. Kitchenette was included with fridge, sink, microwave and hob. No kettle but a coffee machine with pods was provided. Although this is usually student accommodation during the year, it is like a hotel with its variety of facilities. There is a spacious and well equipped gym, large open space with bean bags and huge TV screen, table tennis, snooker table and pool table. There are lots of vending machines for snacks and hot drinks.

The location can be reached via the metro. The room is spacious and clean. The staff doesn't speak English but is very friendly to help us check-in. Me and my friend had an enjoy and relaxing night.

I was charged 2.72eur extra after my stay, and i have no idea why. it would be nice if they vacuumed the corridors at least once a week and swept under the bed once a month.

that is a very calm neighborhood. if you need this area south of Paris - great choice, especially considering Massy-Palaiseau station

Big apartment which was clean and was ideal for us. No problems with lifts or noise even though it is student accommodation. The electric blinds really black at the room at night.

1. The rate is a bit steep for bed only. Maybe breakfast should be offered to short-staying guests who may not be able to shop for supplies to cook for themselves and end up having to go out to a cafe. 2. The student rooms are a little squeezed...4 people in a room leaves little space for privacy.

Some minor problem that can be improved, is the presence of ants in the rooms. But I believe, that the main responsibility is the long-term quests, which sometimes leave food without cover.

The place is really nice. It offers great infrastructure if you are looking for some additional activities. One has to keep in mind, that due to a specific purpose, there are a lot of young people. Yet, during a few days of stay, no disturbing noises were present. The staff is very helpful and is trying to solve various issues without delay. The price/quality ratio is really good.

The kitchenette was not equipped at all… We wanted to eat something but I used my own forks, knives etc.. because it wasn’t there. It wasn’t too clean.

We stayed here one night as a stop en route. It was close to the highway so very easy to access. It wasn’t too expensive so it was an overall good experience.

Not something about the property but the main train connection to Paris was under maintenance during our stay, so we had some difficulties using public transportation. If i knew this i wouldn't specifically prefer to stay in Massy so better make sure the RER B train is not out of service before booking

It's my second time staying here and I really like that the facilities are like a private dormitory. You have the whole studio to yourself and in the entrance floor there are great areas to socialize, study or have movie nights. The parking was 5 euro/night which is a great price considering the rest of Paris.

The view is not good because my room is facing other rooms, but the room has curtains so we still have some privacy. I wish there was more light in the room, at night the room isn't very well lit.

The facilities are fantastic. The room has everything I need, even a microwave and a small kitchen corner! It's close to the train station and there's a bus stop just 3 minutes of walk from the building. They also provide an electric fan so it doesn't feel too hot inside the room.
