The room sizes are extremely small. We could barely move within the room with my friend. There’s not enough space to unpack. There are no slippers or face towels. The ventilation of the bathroom was not great. From time to time there was a damp smell. We paid for a late checkout but since the staff member didn’t give us a do not disturb sign, the cleaning team knocked our door 4 times in the morning but we spoke with another person and they apologized and gave our refund immediately so it was resolved.

the location is not ideal for traveling the city but we chose this location to be close to the Stadium which was fine. There is a metro station just in front of the hotel and a bus stop in less than a min walk distance. There’s a nearby restaurant, grocery store and bakery as well. The rooms were clean, the surrounding was quiet. The staff was really lovely and helpful. This is a great value for money.

5 euro to hold bag for the day, honestly I was grateful but I have never been charged before

brand new, clean, close to metro, 2 mins from gorgeous places to eat and close to where I wanted to go. breakfast is super cheap 8.95 it basic but delicious I had gorgeous bread, apple compote and Brie with ham, great coffee and apple and bananas

- Nowhere to sit in the room. - You have to ask for a hair hair dryer from the reception. - My shower gel was almost empty when I get there, didn't get a refill.

I stayed at the hotel since it was really close to Stad de France. Thus the location for me was great! The staff was very helpful, and there is a really nice bakery and market really close. However, don't forget to ask for a hair dryer while you check-in otherwise you will go to reception with a towel on your head like me :D Also they don't accept cash so you have to pay the city tax with your credit card. I also asked for a shower gel refill from the cleaning lady but didn't get it so had to go downstairs to reception once again.

A very new hotel, which is just cross the street of Metro line 12 station. Room is clean. Facilities are quite OK. Breakfast gives many choices vs its price.

As in every building in France, there is no acoustic isolation, so you will hear other guests. Since I am a light sleeper, I always carry with me my quies ears plug and had no problems staying there.

The bed is really good, the building is new, clean and everything worked very well. The location is not central, but the subway station is just in front, so you can move around very easily.

They reported back to me that sadly their bathroom did smell of sewerage which was a little offensive.

My Son and his Fiancee stayed at your Hotel and said they had a lovely time. Staff were brilliant, very very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely. They had Breakfast one morning and said it was absolutely fabulous and they thoroughly enjoyed it. They said your hotel was exceptionally clean.

It is all great, but PLEASE replace the chair!! They have a wooden chair, and I had to work one day in the room, it was horrible! A nice simple office chair should do the job. As a suggestion a refrigerator would be good for long stays.

Very beautiful hotel, amazing stuff, nice simple room, and it was very quite which I appreciate a lot. I got a room on the corner with plenty of light, beautiful view. There is also a breakfast but I did not have the chance to try it. The place is just next to metro, I will definitely come again.

There was no hairdryer and not even one glass to drink out of. It would also be better if there were some tea and coffee making facilities.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is next door to where i was working.

I liked everything about it! It really was not just value for money but the staff were all so wonderful!

The hotel was in a very convenient location, both in relation to Charles de Gaul airport - its location meant avoiding the heavy traffic in and out of the city centre - and it was right next to a metro station that could take you straight to the city centre within 25/30 minutes. The room was clean and tidy, it had all the essentials, the water pressure in the shower was good, and the wifi worked well. The breakfast was very good and varied for the price. The best thing, though, was the staff, that made a pleasant stay exceptional. They were friendly and helpful and they were fantastic!
