Amazing location! From a few rooms, one of which we were lucky enough to get, you can see the Eiffel tower from your balcony! The staff was extremely nice, in fact everyone we met in Paris was very polite and accommodating save 1 taxi driver, and this place saved me! I couldn't read enough French to discern that I had accidentally chosen to pay my FreeNow driver via cash, and they send you an invoice that looks like you've paid. The driver was getting angry and spoke no English, just kept demanding money and that I say here while he parked, so I walked into the hotel to have the front desk translate. Not only did the young man explain everything to both parties, he handed the driver our fair out of petty cash and charged our room later! 😀 If you want 'above and beyond' stay here!

It s hard to find one , but if I still have to find one - this is the size of our room which was quite small, but acceptable… it’s Paris.

The staff and the location. Sercan from the reception is one of the best we ever met, really professional, positive and very, very kind. This is how one receptionist should be. Also the staff from the breakfast as well as the entire group of staff are incredible nice, polite and empathic. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, in accordance to the price paid and it’s location. We will always come back with great pleasure. Bravo 👍🏻

Just a little trippy with the stripey walls in the room

Location is great, but the staff well these guys and girls are amazing truly the most friendliest and helpful staff you could have, will bend over backwards to help with anything you have and go out of their way to make little touches that will make your stay a great one.

There was nothing we did not like about this hotel.

Fantastic Parisian hotel perfectly placed for exploring the city. Staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome and were very helpful with any enquiries we made to explore. The rooms are beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and provide everything you need. The bathroom decor is warm and inviting and provides excellent showers and high end toiletries. The common areas are clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast provided was very good and sets you up for the day. The nearest Metro is just a 2 minute walk away. A real bonus is the swimming pool and Hammam. After lots of walking it was a great way to relax. There are many good restaurants nearby to enjoy. We will definitely stay again.

Service was great! One guy helped us check in & out, and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The location itself was right next to the champs elysee, which was good and bad. It was right next to the avenue, but it was a little packed with tourist & shopping

This hotel is a wonderful treasure. It’s in an amazing location right off the Champs Ellyses and near the metro. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the Parisian Suite is really special. The hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful to help celebrate my husbands birthday. The pool and steam room are a delightful treat in a central city area. The breakfast was a lovely buffet with extras cooked if required. The room was so clean and very comfortable. I could not recommend this hotel more to anyone looking for a special break in Paris.

Put in for an extra days stay and was not accommodated. I had to leave and get another hotel. After sending an email giving the impression that I would be accommodated with a room for the time I requested.

Shower in bathroom needs to be thought out a little better. Bathroom is very difficult to not flood when having a shower.

Too small closet for a longer stay. But staff helped out to ease the room’s limitations. Very friendly, accommodating staff.

Less positive points were: the breakfast (small and not a lot of variety - only scrambled eggs as warm option for instance); the fact that the entrance door was closed every time we came back at night (around 21:00 or 22:00) and we had to wait for the staff to come back, and the fact that our door key had stopped working before check-out time

I loved the design of the hotel, as well as the pool and the hammam. Staff was super nice and helpful and my room was very nice and bigger than the usual hotel rooms in Paris. Location was perfect for me.

The decoration was awful. And the 20” pillows in the bed to sleep with were a bit difficult but comfortable.

Great location. Make sure to book with breakfast included. Rooms (like most of Paris) have limited storage (cupboard/closet) space. Room was quiet.

The room and bed were really comfortable. The staff was exceptionally good, that’s what made the difference.

Nothing , just one feedback on the shower water temperature, hope it could be more consistent as there will be a split one second that the water temperature is cold then hot again and will repeat cycle.

The location is pretty central, the staff are friendly and helpful. There are various restaurants and cafes around the hotel.
