The hotel was beautiful, in a neighborhood with shops, bars, restaurants. They upgraded us to a suite which was wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they kept our bags after we checked out and arranged a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was delicious!

I would have wished for a sun umbrella on the great terrace and some comfy chairs.

It was special - not a run of the mill hotel. Not everything was practical - but then when do you get to see the Eiffeltower from your bathtub. Great neighborhood.

The location, the staff and the hotel facilities were just lovely. The staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to make sure our stay was an enjoyable experience. The location is perfect, close enough to walk to lots of local landmarks (Champs-Élysées, Arc de triomphe, Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame) and close to beautiful shopping and restaurants (Avenue Montaigne, Rue de Faubourg Saint-Honoré) We had a terrace room, which was a lovely place to sit and relax with a glass of wine, after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel

Great location, with everything needed equipped in the hotel. It’s like a hidden gem right behind Champs-Elysees. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast is great. The swimming pool and sauna is like a bonus. Great stay in Paris!

Our shower door did not close properly. Although we got an upgrade to a deluxe room, it was close to the airco units on the roof. So sleeping with an open window was not possible. Breakfast was good but some differences over the 2 days we were there. Also they did not put new bread when there was none left. Some small things for the team to cross t’s and dot i’s.

Location is superb: close to city centre highlights but also not too busy. In general, staff is very friendly and welcoming. The pool is also fantastic.

Lack of grip on the carpeted stairs, slipped and twisted my ankle. No activity at the bar or restaurant area after breakfast.

Two members of staff who checked us in and helped us with our bags. Swimming very calm and perfect with children. Shower pressure amazing. Partition to children room perfect.

The location was great, just 5 minutes walk from the FDR metro station. We liked the breakfast - fresh pastries, fruit, cheese and freshly squeezed juices (there is a reduced rate for children). The real gem was the pool - in Paris hot weather, a quick swim was all we needed for a fresh start.
