You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesUnfortunately the drain to the bathtub was stuck so we were unable to drain it after using. The two chairs for the small table in the room were ready to break. We informed the staff and they were very responsive and said they would take care of those issues right away. The main reason we gave this hotel a rating of 7 is because of the way it advertised “Parking” under PROPERTY FACILITIES (see photo). We assumed, incorrectly, that parking was included. The only way to know you had to pay was by drilling down to “PROPERTY POLICIES” where it does clearly state that it costs €14 BUT that the hotel would give you a 20% discount on the parking. The parking IS very conveniently located with a pedestrian access just in front of the hotel. However, the cost was €19.30 and the front desk refused to give us the 20% discount because the “patron” wasn’t there.
We had a very nice, quiet room in the style of the old buildings in the area. There was also a small table with two chairs, a TV and a large, clean bathtub.

CanadaThe place needs a little upkeep. The bathroom mirror was duct taped together. One of the two sinks in the bathroom the faucet didn’t work. The second sink did though so not the end of the world. The hot water didn’t work in the shower on the first day but they did end up fixing it. We never got really hot water but definitely warm and comfortable. Also just simple burnt out lightbulbs should be changed.

Staff were more interested in talking to their friends and forgot about us sitting in the dark ! waited an hour for a main course that turned up burnt, but to be fair they changed it and didn't charge us. Breakfast was equally a disaster and way too many things to list.
