Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

SpainThe restaurant serves delicious food both for breakfast and dinner and the vineyard wines are of a high quality. However, I highly recommend a stay at Domaine Rabiega for just one reason - to meet Gaétane. She’s not the owner but she’s simply the best host we’ve ever had and you’ll never meet a more friendly, helpful and professional person.

SpainNo coffee machine in the room. The restaurant is located in a different building so in order to drink coffee in the morning you have to get ready and go there. This level of property should offer this in the room. Also, the pool has short hours because it is strangely located right next to restaurant’s terrace so it would be rather uncomfortable for someone to swim in the front od dinner guests.
High level of room equipment and accessories. Very attentive stuff in the facility and the restaurant. Very nice local wine with the evening dinner on the restaurant’s terrace.

IrelandThere were weeds on the outside parths. There steps on the outside paths down to the restaurant and pool were in need of repair. The pool was closed one morning.. Breakfast selection was fair but not excellent.
The location outside Draguignan was excellent. The rooms were lovely. The quality of breakfast was good and the one dinner we ate was very good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The wine produced on the Domaine was excellent.

ItalyIt was very difficult and expensive to reach the city. To do the few kms (5/6 ) to reach the city (Draguignan) the taxi asked us for 175,00 €!! Actually was something scandalous, maybe it should be worth that the hotel, when their restaurant is closed organizes a shuttle for his guests thatm by the way doesn't pay a little amount of money to stay at their place... The aperitive was extremely poor withouw even a piece of cracker or an olive. Nothing! Just two glass of (decent) wine and that's it. No presentation, no degustation, no description of the wines that we were drinking... very strange and discordant for the level of the hotel and, moreover for the fact that you are in a wine producer and you could also buy some winr if someone describes it to you...
Excellent hotel very comfortable inside a vineyard. The staff very kind and extremely attentive and helpful. All the people there was smiling and it is a very important point, when you're in a place that isn't your home. Unfortunately we didn't had the opportunity to try the restaurant because it was closed for the weekly day off. The breakfast was perfect. The room was clean, very well furnished and very comfortable.

FranceFor a stay in winter, it is a pity there is no indoor pool.
Fantastic peaceful location yet close to Draguignan. Our room had a great view over the valley and vineyards. This is a luxury experience and the staff are very welcoming and professional. We had a delicious dinner in the gourmet restaurant.

GermanyFirst of all, the very friendly reception. From the first moment on, they tried to fulfill all of our wishes. The suite was a dream, spacious and beautifully furnished. And the location with the amazing views topped it all. The breakfast was fine and there is also a very recommendable restaurant, with a very nice chef. Oh, and the bed was particularly comfortable.

The sunday buffet from Claudio and his team was fantastic Room was perfectly made up with brilliant touches including pool bag and towels. Attention to detail was truly brilliant. Breakfast was truly amazing too , staff super attentive and very friendly and knowledgable Jacques who met us to show us our room was amazing, so friendly and down to earth and with our little french, we had great conversation. Gaetane in the shop was so knowledgable too with the wine and great with explaining about the wine we bought, Triplette Rabiega, 1920, Fleur de Lys and and Clos Diere. Just such a wonderful stay and everything was perfect - thank you so much for having us stay there.

Peaceful surroundings, booked a room with a terrace which was very comfortable and well thought through. It was a very hot week, but the air conditioning kept us comfortable. Food at the bistrot was fabulous and the service was amazing. The whole team made such an effort to make us feel welcome. Thanks especially to Claudio and Keira. We will definitely return.

United StatesWe paid for an expensive room that was described as a "junior suite", which was described has having "1 living room, 1 separate bedroom ... a mini-bar, a seating area, a wardrobe as well as a terrace with garden views." What we got was a bedroom. There was no living room or seating area. There was no terrace. And the "mini bar" was a small fridge containing 2 bottles of water and 2 cokes. The hotel pool area was uninviting - no lounges, no umbrellas, no shade. The breakfast was minimal.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.
