We thought the gastronomic restaurant was very expensive for not especially special food. Surrounding beautiful but food left us cold. The Bistrot, however, was very nice indeed.. much tastier food. Perhaps a personal taste.

This was a beautiful, extremely comfortable hotel. Brilliant staff, fab facilities.. the spa was excellent and the public areas were stunning. Our room was spacious and very luxurious..superb bed... maybe pillows could be softer? And bathroom was large and well stocked.

An incredibly beautiful property with very lovely and helpful staff. Very family friendly which was helpful for us travelling with a baby. It is a wonderful property and the attentive staff made our stay special.

The property is amazingly we had a minor issue at the second floor restaurant for dinner. The manejar of the restaurant the day after came and we exposed the situation and everything was clear. The service provided by Gael at the concierge is high level. I would say that it’s the best I have experienced. People at reception and bell very good! Thanks

Would have liked more food options for around the pool at lunchtime.

Serene, beautiful grounds, stunning breakfast room and courtyard. Lovely room and furnishings. Pool is beautiful. Staff are friendly and helpful. My children also loved it. The concierge was fantastic, helping us to organise several outings, transfers and bikes.

Outside bar staff servicing the pool and the terrace over-charged multiple times and thus sacrificed their tips and colored the stay with a few unpleasant memories. Senior staff appeared powerless to correct the issue.

The fine dining restaurant was fantastic and the staff was superb. Pool was also wonderful.

I think the casual bar & pool could have more food options as if you don’t want to go to the bistro you can’t really have a pool side lunch, especially for the children who like to eat poolside.

the lack of wifi connection. the prices for drinks were eye watering. it might be a 5 star hotel but that’s no excuse to charge exorbitant prices. charging guests for every little thing possible. for example, I would expect the hotel to provide bikes for guests especially when the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and cycling in the countryside is promoted as a hotel attraction. don’t then charge €30 an hour to hire them out.

It would have been nice if the spa (indoor pool) would have been accessible from 8am.

Domaine de Manville is set in a beautiful location in the Provence Alpilles and the property itself is just stunning. The staff are all wonderful, professional and friendly and on site is a Michelin starred restaurant and a superb Bistro.

Service at breakfast was slow during the rush hour at 9am and the buffet was not replenished completely. Our suite was a bit dark, lighting could be improved.

Beautiful site, very comfortable accommodation, very family friendly. Kids are very welcome. Very friendly staff and very polite. Gorgeous restaurant in winter garden. Food at Bistrot excellent, and food at the one star restaurant is amazing.

Unfortunately we received food poisoning from food consumed in the restaurant. After reporting to the front desk staff, there was little empathy\, and no real suggestions for what could be done to make it right. We requested our water supply in the complimentary mini bar to be refreshed and were told that because it was not refreshed until noon, we would need to pay 8 euro per bottle if we wanted water. Complete nonsense and remorseless.

Spa, pool, restaurant and grounds were exceptional.

The only small problem we encountered during our stay was at the bar of the hotel where the service is exceptionally slow. I don't think there was enough staff serving quite a large terrace outside....but both nights we waited too long to be given our cocktails.

The rooms are gorgeous and very spacious with every facility you could wish for. We ate in both restaurants and they were exceptionally good, with excellent service and delicious food.
