The property and room are extremely well maintained, and nicely decorated. The communication was great and the staff also helped in accommodating a special request we had. Location is excellent with a short walk to the center of town, restaurants and shops. Bayeux is a very lovely city.

Fantastic location. Well within walking distance to centre of Bayeux. Lovely peaceful setting - we stayed in Orchard rooms overlooking a lovely garden - our room had a huge balcony. Rooms are decorated to a very high spec. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable, tasteful rooms with a combination of a ‘chateau’ feel with modern, high quality finish. Says 3* but definitely 5*. 5 minute walk to centre, Bayeux Cathedral. Fantastic stay.

This is a beautiful hotel in very nice grounds. Very welcoming staff and beautifully clean room and surroundings. Lovely breakfast for which I paid extra. Plenty of parking is available on site. A short walk to several restaurants and very close to key sites like the tapestry and the UK WW2 graveyard and museum are a big bonus.

The hotel room didn't offer shower bar soap and face wash rags. No problem as we had brought some with us. Also, 15 euro for the breakfast offered was way overpriced. We had it the first morning and we opted to not get it at the hotel, the next 2 mornings.

Beautiful orchard rooms. Very comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. Great shower. Plenty of room in our hotel room. The hotel grounds were beautiful.

I had read about no coffee/fridge facilities in the room. Didn't bother us too much but access to coffee in room would be a bonus.

Great location, walking distance to the train station. We had beautiful views of the garden from our first floor room. Felt very comfortable and quiet. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

This is a stunning property! We stayed in the Orchard rooms that are on the property but not in the main house. The website pictures are totally accurate and even better in person! The grounds are gorgeous! The young ladies at reception were very welcoming and helpful! The location is within walking distance of sites you would want to visit and Normandy beaches are within easy driving distance. We would stay here again and not hesitate in recommending this property!

Nothing. This is an excellent place to stay! The only addition that would have been nice would have been an in-room coffee maker or electric kettle (hot pot) for boiling water for instant coffee/tea.

Our 4-night stay at Domaine de Bayeux was exceptional in all respects. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was larger than a typical UK hotel room and perfectly clean. Breakfast was complete with hot and cold items. We would stay hear again! It was a short and convenient 5-7 minute walk to the center of town.
