The bathroom layout in our room was odd - bathroom in the main bedroom and shower cubicle in the very small separate toilet. You literally step out of the shower and have to squeeze in front of the toilet. No room for drying and I’m not a big person. The woman behind the bar ignored us the first time and refused to serve us a drink when we can back from having dinner out and there was an event on at the hotel. The staff at the more formal restaurant (not Cascades) don’t seem to like English people, Or at the least that’s the impression we got. They seemed to get on well with other nationalities. Very slow and not very friendly. Food was ok but not as good as the Cascades restaurant. Tuna carpaccio and raspberry not a very nice combo. Don’t bother eating there.

The hotel complex is really lovely. The swimming pool areas are very nice with great views. We really enjoyed spending time by the pool at the end of our days out. Our room had a great sea view. The staff on reception and at breakfast were really helpful and friendly. The staff at the cascades restaurant weee really friendly and efficient. Our room was always cleaned well.

It's all getting a bit old and hopefully renovations are not too far off. Having said that the current prices reflect the state of the rooms so pretty good value for money overall

The staff could have been more friendly. The outdoor pool is great but need to be cleaned at least twice a day. There was so many dried leaves in, and I even saw other residues as a bandage in one of the pool.

For the number of people staying there the facilities were not up to standard. Very average breakfast service. Only one restaurant open the evenings we were there, so it was the themed evening or nothing.

The hotel is a little worn out and needs to be renovated in many areas (rooms, corridors, pool area etc.). I was at the hotel 20 years ago and it was outstanding - but now it needs to be updated. One of the staff members in the golf restaurant was quite unfriendly and seemed irritated about our wish to have lunch at 14:45 pm. One of the waiters served warm rose wine for dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Nice location next to a great golf course and 10-15 min drive to Bandol and the beach. Nice pool area even though it was to crowded and there were many noisy kids. Good parking facilities. All staff in the reception very friendly and helpful.

It is a little dated and we had a room directly above reception which wasnt very ambient. Breakfast was CHAOTIC - no plates or bowls, staff looking flustered, only 1 coffee machine working - skip breakfast and eat elsewhere for sure

Property was quite run down, cracks in walls and roof, doors slamming in the wind. Various facilities were only open and maintained in the peak season and this was not clear on the booking.com listing. For instance, the pool bar was not open, along with a number of the restaurants. Also the pools had an unusual amount of sticks/bugs floating so I’m not sure if they weee being maintained either.

The location/views were beautiful. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

We really enjoyed the environment at the resort, in the vineyards with a view to the sea. The pools, indoor and outdoor were good and the gym equipment good. Loved the Sothys products used in the rooms

Difficult to find information about the restaurant but accept that that had a lot to do with the aftermath of the pandemic.

First accommodation offered was not acceptable but we were moved to a fabulous apartment and had a wonderful stay. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The pool complex was excellent. Considering this is an industry hard hit by the pandemic the hotel coped brilliantly
