There are multiple staircases and no lifts for many rooms in the hotel. If you have heavy luggage, good luck, because the staff doesn't really help you. The hotel is located in a small town, so the options for restaurants, stores, etc. are limited, especially outside of lunch and dinner time. The breakfast is not worth the price.

Good-sized rooms that come with a sink and table + chairs for dining in. The WiFi works fine throughout the property. You can easily walk to the center of the small town. There is also a swimming pool onsite.

Not a lot but maybe there could have a simple street map of the street structure of the town available in the lobby as the town is a complex network of narrow streets which are difficult for visitors to navigate.

The room was spacious, bed was large and very comfortable and there was every facility you could want. Breakfast was more than adequate but the dinner was exceptional quality ! Only spent the one day there but will be back again soon .

I would suggest the cleaning staff close the drapes on the west side as the room became very hot in the afternoon for guests just checking in. The air conditioning was not set to work because we were early in the season. However the room was very hot when we first checked in and did not cool down until about 2:00 in the morning. The rooms could also have luggage racks available for suitcases.

The rooms were a nice size. The balcony was exceptional. The facility is very clean and very quiet.

I've been staying in this hotel many times since it opened. There has been some much-needed redecoration recently but the furniture is starting to look a bit shabby.

The only thing is that the carpets need replacing and a a few details missing in the bedroom, a few more toiletries and a tea towel for rooms that have a kitchenette

More parking for busy times

The staff were great, helpful and happy to speak French or English, which ever you chose. Breakfast was good, great selection, something for everyone's choosing. Staff were happy to go above board to help park my car near the entrance for extra room. The car park/property is locked up at night with given codes for entry. Thus giving peace of mind. Overall great.

Sitting area in suite is a bit scantily furnished, needed easy chairs. The mattress and / or the bed needs replacing as dips to the middle and not very comfortable. Carpet in corridor is badly marked. The chairs in the lounge area are not too comfortable.

Well located for the centre of town. Very spacious suite with good kitchen facilities. Excellent shower en suite with separate wc. Good private parking.

Signage on approaching car park could have been better. It wasn’t clear at all that we had arrived in the right place! There is a note requesting kitchen to be clean on departure but no dish towel left to dry dishes. All a little dingy, especially the corridors, and could do with a brighter coat of paint.

Great location, only a 2 minute walk across to the historic centre (which was truly fabulous). Suite was great with plenty of space. Staff were super helpful. All in all, a really good find.

Would be useful to have washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel provided. Thorough deep cleaning required in some areas (bathroom, corners and skirting boards). The carpet in the room next to where breakfast is served is noticeably stained and I'd suggest replacing it with hardwood or laminate flooring.

Great location with free parking. We arrived later than expected due to delayed flight and the lady at reception was brilliant, making sure that we were sorted for dinner before checking into the room. Excellent food and wine served at the hotel bistrot. Nice to have fridge, kettle and microwave in kitchen area.
