we reserved a covered parking space which turned out to be in the garage but up a very steep internal ramp to the top level where our car bottomed-out going in, and going out, at the top of the ramp. Parking space number 58 I think - avoid it unless you are driving a large SUV.

Very comfortable room and excellent hot/cold breakfast. Location within 100 metres of railway station and 300 metres from cathedral, covered market and excellent local shopping.

Two pillows per person would be more comfortable on a bed with a wooden headboard.

Just a tiny desk to unpack bag. Dark and dingy corridors. Weird service … try to avoid the young female employee, she is confused and confusing. Lots of staff running around but not attentive to guests.

Conveniently located in front of the station and minutes to the historic centre. Clean and peaceful room. Cheap.

Nothing to draw attention to, this is a busy central location, but by six pm it quietened down and double glazed windows made sleeping very easy. Worth checking if travelling by car that parking facilities are available, as without, life could be awkward, municipal parking facilities are scarce.

A central location, with parking facilities and easy access to the centre of Chartres and the Cathedral. The hotel was modern and well appointed. We eat out both nights -too early in the season for the hotel restaurant starts June 1st. But breakfast was extremely good catering for both European and UK tastes! A good Brasserie next door...ideal for 'people watching' The main city bus station and the railway station are both in the immediate vicinity as well, making this an ideal location for all forms of travel

Tiny minor issue that apart from a little stool there was no where to sit apart from on the bed.

Great location that allows for private parking. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, I was upgraded and received a discounted online price through Booking.com

Very fine hotel in the center of town just opposite the trainstation and a five minute walk from the cathedral. Very helpful staff and nice rooms with excellent bathroom.

Eggs were lukewarm, cold for my brother. Parking, if you have a larger car, or a low profile car you definitely don’t want to park in the lower floor of the garage. There is a steep slope with an awful ridge that caused some damage to the underside of my car. The fist stay we parked on ground level with no problem at all.The return visit was therefore not as pleasant. If they checked car size at booking this would help.

Excellent, very good choice for breakfast. Rooms were spacious, clean and bathrooms great. Location is ideal for a walk to the centre, the Cathedral and local restaurants.

I was on their upper floor and due to the old construction of the building, the floor is slightly slanted and you can feel it when you walk across the room. This is a walk-up, No elevator. Just be aware of it.

I love the location, right across the train station, the quietness, the cleanliness. Harwood floors, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom, nice view, safe neighborhood. To the helpful and knowledgeable staff, thank you.

Our corridor smelt of cold cigarette smoke. On opening the bed sheets we found body hairs in the sheets :(
