The location was exceptional for our purposes. Rooms were cool, quiet location. Parking availability was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff, within walking distance to the beach of Lake Annecy. Center of town is still within walking distance, roughly a nice 20min stroll along the lake shore. It's very quite, room was very clean and nice. They have parking.

The rooms were a little tired but perfectly adequate for our 5 day stay.

We did not have breakfast so cannot comment about a 20 minute walk into town but very pleasant walking along the lake.

was a lovely over night stay with friends very comfortable we were traveling through on our vespa scooters from Italy for World vespa days pontadera and we couldnt have found a better stop close to restaurants and bars very pleasant

Arrived early & staff very dismissive. Bar had no ice. Check in took 10 mins. Minibar empty. €50 deposit- why? Needs a total refresh. WiFi weak.

The city and the lake was a very nice and pleasant surprise.

Lady at the front desk was very kind and gave us a room with lake view and helped us with getting around the center of town.Thank you.

From check in ( with I think the owner) .. To our lovely, well appointed and super comfortable room ( with a really great night's sleep after a lovely hot bath ). We really enjoyed our stay ( sorry we could only stay one night). Lovey walk by the lake into town ( about 20 mins - perfect ). Next time we'll try the walk through the woods !

Can be better at soundproofing. I stayed at the top floor of the house. There was one night during 12/1 am I heard sound coming from outside the window and rooftop and it scared me out a lot. I thought there was someone climbing up the top and will break from the window. But I guessed it was the guests check in to the next room.

we would have loved a kettle/tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Fabulous location about fifteen mins walk to the Old Town. The hotel is set off the main road, on a hill, which is sufficiently out of the way not to hear Road noise. our room had glimpsed views of the lake. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the warm welcome from the lady on Reception was appreciated. The hotel is on the quirky side but rooms and all the public areas were immaculate. bed very comfy. The breakfast was superb, with lots of choices and you cook even freshly cook your own egg! would thoroughly recommend. Parking, although not secure as such, was right by the hotel on the hill and seemed relatively secure, being as it is a little way from the road.

Room was a little small getting around bed to loft and I kept banging my shin. But the charm of the place makes up for that.

Cozy and comfortable split level family room with lake view. Bar and breakfast area decorated nicely. Games and books available for children. Friendly hostess. The offer a spa and hammam but I did not have the time to enjoy. Looked very inviting. A leisurely 20 min lakeside stroll to the Old City and Chateau. Quiet and peaceful. I loved listening to the birds outside the window at sunrise and sunset.

It is a bit farther walk to the old town so it inhibited me from going back out to dinner.

The views were lovely. I liked that it was a bit out of town and quieter. Still close enough to walk though. I liked the trails through the woods to town.
