The whole place felt a bit grimy and not well maintained; I dropped something under my bed and realise that the floor was pretty filthy. It smelled strongly of a mix of perfume, cleaning products and tobacco. The blanket was not very comfortable.

The location is great, near Republique, Temple and Le Marais. The staff was professional and accomodating; I got there early and they kept my bag at the reception while my room was getting ready. There is a friendly cat at the reception. The double en-suite room has the bare minimum amenities.

We arrived at the hotel earlier than argued, and we had no place to stay. We asked the owner if we could place our bags somewhere and he had a reluctant attitude. They need to understand that people come to these places for a shelter, and they should act like one regardless of agreements.

It was all i expected, considering the price.

Very very dated, very warm. No view, bathroom was tiny, Stairs very steep and lights don't stay on and u won't have time to get key in the door.

There were few amenities, although hand soap, towels and free WiFi were all included. I would expect some shampoo/body wash as a standard amenity but this was not the case. I did find a cockroach in the shower one morning which is unacceptable.

The location was perfect - centrally located within a nice area of Paris. Also, it was very affordable when compared with the extortionate rates that other hotels in Paris charge during the peak summer months. The room itself wasn't too small and had a nice street view from the window. Staff were also friendly.

I’m not too fussy. I would have liked the reception to have been a bit better. I wish I could speak better French.

The walls were paper thin, and I could hear the people in the next bedroom coughing all night. There was a weird smell of airfreshner that stopped me sleeping. There is no lift, and it is quite a hike up a narrow spiral staircase to the rooms. It felt creepy.

It didn‘t have the great view but it‘s not what you would expect in a hotel like this

The location was clean and very central - we could go and have a drink short before going to bed and it was also close to the metro&we really slept very well. For being so central it was quiet at night.

Just at night was a bit noisy from the other floor and at midnight just like someone tried to open our room ( make sure to always look the door especially for women).

The location is super like close the subway station, close the restaurants and our room was even with the city view. It was nice. We got a room with private bathroom and toilet and it was clean, but just very small bathroom.

Staff dont knwo english Staff was very rude Toilet was very congested There is no option to take shower. If you donnt want to take shower during your stay then its fine There is no elevator and they given my room at 3rd floor. And they did not help me to carry my luggage to the room. I was worst hotel of my life
