The room is small, albeit very comfortable. It’s expensive for a hotel of its quality but all hotels in Paris are expensive and the was one of the cheapest ones we found in a good location. We’d happily stay here again.

Great location as it feels like a safe area (literally opposite the police station) and is close to the metro. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. They helped me a lot by storing my milk in the reception fridge overnight. The room is very warm and comfortable which we liked.

Room 17 weird layout no fridge, shower door is way to small and hard to open.. or close, loose parts in shower.. unfortunately last day I had have cold shower..was no hot water left the infamous cold shower..

Tiny bathroom was very difficult if you had limited mobility. Step in to shower and lack of space. Noisy between rooms, walls so thin we could hear all the coming and goings of our neighbours.

Elevator very small: 2 people with luggage might seem kind of impossible to fit easily.

Friendly and available 24/7 receptionists: ready to help with all the issues and able to provide tips for the journey. Position excellent: near the metrò, less than 2 minute walking on the main road! Pleasant cleaning.

The only negatives I can say is that the decor is a bit outdated and the rooms are small.

Overall I'd highly recommend the place. Clean, good, safe location, nice 24/7 staff, comfy bedsheet, nice rooms.

Little small, no fridge or iron, location a little far from airport and bathroom and was very time, but private so that was a plus

Very close to metro, so easy access to city, but just quite a bit away from main “airport CDG” took around 1.5 hours to get to hotel from CDG. Hotel was cosy and clean, would have been nice if it was a little more spacious and had a some extra amenities such as a fridge & iron. It had a small balcony, no table or chairs but was still nice to have. Looking to the left the view was cool, straight ahead was a police station I think but it was a safe feeling area. Lots of shops close by including cafes and a Halal kebab & pizza shop. Staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and we had no issues, stay was pleasant for the price.

Elevator stops between floors. If you are older or handicapped it would be difficult to gain easy access to your room.

Clean room, helpful staff, good location. Near Metro station, many dining options. Aldo bus and tram stops nearby to many major sites such as the Louvre. Good buffet breakfast.

Just that its is a bit noisy as it is an old building and you can hear the adjoining rooms - but it is an older construction so no soundproofing - c’est la vie!

Been booking the hotel for a number of years now and it is great every time. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the housekeeping staff are great - they are immaculate when cleaning and refreshing the room and always say hello in the morning; lovely people!! Location is great for the Latin Quarter and Rue Mouffetard which is always wonderful. Neighbourhood is lively but hotel is nice and quiet at night.

The hotel is very close to Place D'Italie - you can get anywhere in the city by metro/ bus. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We were able to leave our luggage before the check-in and after the check-out, which we really appreciated. The room is comfortable and clean.

Toilet was a bit weird in our room, we had to flush it 2-3 times to get paper to go down which is a waste of water.

the hotel is very good, it is very clean, the staff is very kind, there is someone at the reception 24 hours a day. Safe region, and great connection to all the important places to visit... just by metro 6 or metro 7. The metro station is 3 min from the hotel... My recommendation for this hotel.

Lift was between floors, so whatever floor you were on, you had to drag your suitcase. I had a husband who could do it for me.

Nice hotel with a personal touch, in a relatively quiet side-street, still only 150 meters-walk from Place d'Italie metro-station. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is excellent with a quite large choice, compared to Paris-standards. Our room had a large double bed, which is also rare in Paris hotels.

Shower was a little old/could do with a bit of maintenance, however the water was hot and the water pressure was good. The room didn't have air-conditioning which I thought would be fine in winter but it got very hot at night and if we opened the windows it got a bit too noisy for us. We managed but I don't know what it would be like in a warmer month.

Great location for the metro, plenty of local restaurants. Good value for money, appreciated being a little further away from the busier parts of town. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and staff were really friendly.
