Floor in the bedroom could of done with a good mop

Very friendly staff. Room was small, but very clean. Excellent shower. Very large parking area for free. Right across the street from the train station. So simple but great value for money. I would certainly book again when in Auxerre.

It's not very clean and the bathroom is small, however is ok.

The receptionist was polite. The place isn't the best, however the bed was comfy and the hotel is very near to the station of train and flixbus.

Very basic hotel, in a great location over from the station, very close to supermarket with easy access to town. Owners are lovely, extremely obliging and renovating this old hotel as they can.

From the pics and ads I assumed there was a restaurant & bar but alas this is only in use for breakfast. After a long days drive we were dying for a pint. Fortunately a couple of minutes away there was an abundance of eateries and watering holes.

Ideal hotel for a quick stop-over en-route home with a private car park at rear. The staff were friendly & helpful and the hotel itself was adequate. The rooms were clean and tidy, comfortable beds and good toilet/shower facilities. Continental breakfast was ok as well.

A perfect location for an overnight stay when you are in transit - across from the railway and bus station and next to the one and only car rental place. It is also a short and nice walk into the old and scenic town of Auxerre with a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Friendly and helpful owners.

They serve Continental breakfast: white bread, butter and jam; orange juice and coffee. Not really worth the money. Full heating was on, but the radiator was lukewarm; a little chilly room.

A little run down hotel next to the railway station. The windows are very well isolated from noice, you hardly hear any traffic. The manager knows only a few English words, but is friendly and helpful. Free parking in this area of the town is great!

It was very badly maintained - the building itself outside looked terrible, the communal hallway/stairs were very dirty and the toilet seat, cupboard door were hanging off their hinges in the bedroom, there was a gap/hole around the electric socket, etc. The toilet and shower room did not have a door for privacy, only a curtain.

Parking (although not secure) and the receptionist was friendly.

Great accommodation in a nice quiet part of town. Spacious rooms with a zesty fresh smell that hits you as soon as you walk through the door. Only a 45 minute walk to the Buffalo Grill as well!

Car park area looked scruffy. A supermarket trolley abandoned and a pile of dumped building materials. Would look so much more welcoming if cleared up.

Clean, modern decor in the rooms inside a rustic authentic train station hotel. New owners who are welcoming and lovely. Very quiet. There is a garage for a few bikes.
