Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We expected the room to be more nicer because of the price and photos on website. But our room was dark, a bit small and tight, nothing special. We stayed at a cheaper hotel in Bordeaux for our first night but it was more nicer. The spa is really fantastic though and the guy at the lobby during night duty was very helpful.

We booked it for the spa, but use of the spa cost extra and we had to book in advance. Unfortunately there weren't slots for times we could do.

United KingdomWe booked a superior double room and we couldn’t stay in it as it was TINY, Dark and depressing. We were show other superior doubles but they were also very small so had to pay for an upgrade and cancel two nights as there wasn’t available. Aircon was woefully inadequate and we didn’t sleep because we were either too hot or the outside noice was unbearable. I pity those going in the summer!
The location was excellent and parking was very close for a city. The staff were helpful and tried to sort out our issues, as best they could.

SpainFrom the first moment till the last second of our stay, everything was exceptional. The receptionists were kind, professional and welcoming and helped us with everything in fluent English. The room was amazing with a huge bathroom and all the facilities that you might need. The room service was fantastic and room was cleaned in the best way possible. And of course the Spa was great also, we were lucky that it was just us but they told us that maximum of 4 people can be there.
