The room was tiny, had hangers and places to hang a few bits but no wardrobe, and nowhere to put more than 1 suitcase. 1 tiny table with very wobbly legs by the bed, and socket nearest the window didn't work. That said, linens were changed after 1 night without asking.

Staff were all friendly. Location is great - only a few mins walk from various Metro lines, yet still a non-touristy neighbourhood. There is a bar across the road, so some noise until midnight. We went during a heatwave, so lack of air con was felt. The fan provided only moved hot air around , even with the window open.

Not having air conditioning in August made it very hot in the room. They brought in a fan at my request, which helped with the heat. While the room was big enough for one person, it would not have been comfortable having a second person in the fairly small space.

Location is great in a vibrant, non-touristy neighbourhood, very close to Metro and not far from major train stations (Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est). Bathroom facilities (shower, toilet, etc.) were brand new and in good condition.

Some noise from the street (stayed on 1st floor) and with no air con in Aug, we needed to sleep with open windows Beds are fairly short so if you are very tall, you would have an issue Would be great to have some hangers or closet to put your close in and hang your towel

The room was clean and spacious, considering it's Paris. I slept excellently. Although breakfast was not included, the hotel offered dining options. The location is great, with the metro nearby. There is also a nearby bar with great prices for drinks and food. I will definitely come back here next time I am in Paris.

My room could have used a storage space but it wasn't too inconvenient.

I booked it because of location and price and it looked a little bit interesting in the photos. It was run very efficiently by friendly staff. The breakfast for 10 euros was excellent and plentiful and healthy. The room was basic but everything worked, a small desk was useful. Window opens to fresh air or street air anyway.

Nothing to complaint about. Sometimes from my room I could hear neighbors and street noises too well, but it actually didn’t bothered me. Nights mostly were quiet.

Room was small, but it was enough space for me and it was cozy and cleaned daily. I had good night rest here and slow, calm mornings to continue with my further day itinerary. And I found myself constantly gazing out the window for that lively local street view. Hotel is located near the concert venue, which was the main reason for me to stay here. And also I really enjoyed this neighborhood with cool coffee shops, bars, boulangerie, restaurants and all kind of hidden gems to explore.

It’s a little noisy and also housekeeping came into our room at 9:30am without knocking on our checkout day which was not great.

There are loads of great restaurants and bars around this area so we loved that. The metro is walking distance, the beds are comfortable. Very coean
