We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff in a very quiet position with a large immaculate garden with plenty of outdoor seating to relax in. We loved watching the wildlife in the ponds. Would definitely stay again.

Well located just off the motorway, close to a really nice bakery. Great grounds for a dog to run around, and there were games available too (eg. darts, badminton etc).

The host was excellent, friendly, attentive, and really seemed to care for his guests. Rooms were fully equipped with everything you needed, and the breakfast is typical French, which spot on for France. The gardens are large and set out for his guests to enjoy with a glass of wine on a warm summer's evening, and if it is cold, there are heaters built in the gazebo to keep you warm. Highly recommend hotel.

United KingdomThe configuration was a bit awkward for the toilet. The door was difficult to open once you were in it. The shower tray also filled up very quickly when having a shower.
The food choice, the activities for the children, being to charge our EV were all great. The place is nice itself and the staff are always lovely and helpful.

United KingdomThe tiny loo that was separate to the bathroom made little sense. And air con would have been nice, although the fan provided did help.
Loved the outdoor areas, particularly sitting out there in the evening enjoying a glass of wine. Our little boy could run around and play with the toys provided by the hotel.
