The room was not that good than i expected, especially i stayed on the bottom bed but it was so low that i couldn't rest well.. I couldn't sit on my bed properly. Also I had to pay the money to rent the towels... that pay wasn't deposit.

The staffs were quite nice and also I could rent a hair dryer for free.

One of the bunk beds, as well as one of the lockers, were somewhat broken and due to the closeness of a big road I recommend using earplugs. There was not much in the kitchen, so cooking is not an option.

The air-conditioning didn't have a remote, so it wasn't able to be used. The staff weren't very helpful. I had an issue with my locker not closing because of a loose mechanism. They didn't really seem to care. I asked about a screwdriver to tighten it, but they didn't have one. Eventually I managed to tighten it a little by hand which was just enough to get it to lock. They also don't have a laundry, which is stated on the listing. I asked about the laundry at reception and they pointed me across the road. This is fine, but it is a bit misleading to have it listed on the site. They also said it only takes coins, but it does take card, notes and coins. I spent time going out to get cash and converting it to coins, only to discover that it takes card.

The bed was comfortable. In a good location nearby to some good food places. Room of 4 has an ensuite. 5-10 mins walk to metro, including line to airport. Bag storage for before and after checkout.

Location is pretty good, and the area seemed safe! Though it is a decent walk from the heart of Paris. Lockers in the rooms didn't lock :(

Ensuite was modern with a good shower, and all the necessary amenities. Opening window that overlooked the Paris streets. Clean sheets and helpful staff. Air-conditioning in the room was a life saver!!

Room was a bit too small for 4 people to roll around. Beds on first level are not very convenient because you can’t sit on them , just roll inside and sleep, but mattress is good itself. So just a bit comfort missing I’d say. Also it wasn’t mentioned in the ad, but our room was walking room for another room of 4 girls ..meaning they needed to walk through our room every time.. I think it should be mentioned or corrected like 2 rooms for 8 people, Otherwise it’s pretty misleading.

It’s quite close to metro and some sightseeing sides, Personnel is very nice and helpful, There is a common kitchen if you need, but I didn’t use it so can’t comment much about it :)

That the air conditioning was not working at all. That it is so nosy. The shower is even smaller than the one in a cruise.

The staff aren't so receptive and the kitchen closes at night.

The location is good, near to two or three metro lines and one hour distance to the Charles de Gaulle airport that give access to the city's main tourist attractions. The neighborhood is calm, There is a lot of market and restaurants options around to. The room, bathrooms and kitchen are very clean. The hostel is perfect for solo traveles in a low-cost trip.

Everything was good

The hostel is very close to many metro stations so it’s very convenient to move around Paris. The bed was comfortable and clean and you have a charging plug for each bed. The bathroom was also clean. I recommend it for a short stay in Paris.
