We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe 'cosy' double room was spacious enough, but I was not keen on the lack of privacy as only the toilet has has a separate door, the resi of the bathroom is only screened from the bedroom, which did not feel quite private enough. Other rooms may be different.
Great location in the heart of the old city, parking on site or in a public car park 10 minutes walk away. The street has very little traffic the area is very pretty. The hotel breakfast room is attractive with plenty of light. The breakfast buffet had a very large range on offer, and of very good quality.. The bedroom was very modern, spotless, well appointed.

A very smart, beautifully designed modern hotel in a great central location. We were given a room upgrade and had a lovely big, comfortable room for two nights. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The free drink was a nice touch. The breakfast was good, as it should be for €18 each. We walked everywhere, there are bars and restaurants close to the hotel as well as further afield. Overall, a lovely place to stay in a beautiful town. Would highly recommend!

United KingdomThis was a great find, in the middle of La Rochelle. The rooms were clean, modern and air conditioned. We were travelling with bikes - the secure cycle storage facilities were brilliant. We liked it so much that we stayed an extra day to explore the lively surrounding area.

United KingdomNot a lot! We didn't try the fitness centre / pool so can't comment. My wife doesn't like lifts so we used the stairs a lot and the lighting could do with the PIRs being better sited. It can be a bit dark.
Central location is good, although a little tricky to get to by car. Just far enough away from the busy harbour so that noise is not an issue. Having parking available is a real bonus. Really nice breakfast and having bar snacks available in the evening is useful.
