Everything was terrific.... The staff ,,, the room , the location, the cleanliness, the decoration. Fabulous I think I will grade it as one the best hotel I've ever been. As a matter of fact colmar didn't fit my purpose of the trip.... But I actually took another day just because of the hotel.

The planning of the room was quite strange, but we could get used to it :)

The location is just wonderful - in the middle of the park and 5 min walking distance from the centre. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, the spa area is superb. We enjoyed everything! Dinner at the restaurant must be booked in advance, but it's worth it and deserves a lot of compliments.

It would have been better if the toilet is beside the shower room. We are staying in the penthouse apartment, the distance from our rooms to the toilets is very far.

Breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety. Location of the hotel is excellent. It's in the centre of a park, surrounded by lovely greenery. And it's walking distance to the old town.

Spa was too cloudy. Not even enough deck chairs (only 8 deck chairs next to the pool). Although a reservation was made to limit the number of people up to 20, more than 20 people were there. The room is modern but small.

This place is truly magnificent. This is my second stay at this hotel, previously I stayed in double rooms, this time I came with my larger family and stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment. If this place is available in Colmar, I don't think I'll look elsewhere. As an interior architect who has traveled and knows all over the world, and as a lover of history, art and aesthetics, I congratulate those who thought, designed and built this place.

I couldn't fault them. Everything was simply perfect.

Best hotel we ever stayed. Supernice and attentive staff. Very friendly to children. And the fact that children can make use of the SPA between 8 and 10 is really nice (if you're the one with the children :-)). Breakfast was fantastic. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back.

No sink to wash hands in toilet as the toilet room is located separately from the two bathrooms (which are in each bedroom). My kids complained for “walking far” only to wash hands after toilet 😅

Excellent! Amicable staffs and great location. Little Venice and restaurants are just walking distance. We stayed in penthouse so the rooms are spacious for us two adults and two kids.

The breakfast, although tasty, is not that varied, I wouldn't recommend eating there for more than a couple of days.

The design of the hotel is breaking the standards. The staff was very careful and attentive to all of our needs. Good food.

Nothing to dislike.

Elegant rooms, spacious and clean, with nice terraces overlooking a garden. The staff couldn’t be more professional and helpful. I didn’t use the spa, so cannot comment on it. Amazing breakfast. Very convenient underground hotel parking. The location is also perfect, very close to the historic center.

Beautifully designed hotel with a very friendly and professional staff. The room was nicely with nice interior design with a decent size. Breakfast was excellent and splendid spa. The massage was very professional and well done. Again the staff from the breakfast was professional/friendly and happy to work at the hotel. Highly recommend to stay there if you visit Colmar. It is worth the price.

The hotel is located near a park and very close to the old town which provides quick access to all locations you should visit in Colmar. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good and met the expectations.

Spent a lovely weekend with a gf. Very comfortable and beautiful hotel. Two charging portals for EVs directly outside were very convenient. Spa facilities were also lovely.
